At the celebration of the 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should always proceed from the actual needs of the people,and constantly improve the people’s sense of gain and happiness.National strategic documents such as the Outline for Building a Strong Sports Country have always advocated large sports venues to optimize measures to benefit the people,and encouraged venues to actively open to the public at free or low charge in light of their actual conditions.As an important guarantee for carrying out public sports and realizing the development goals of sports,realizing public welfare opening and improving service quality is an important measure to encourage the people to carry out fitness activities and improve the physical quality of the people,and plays a positive and important role in improving people’s livelihood and realizing the goal of becoming a strong sports country.This paper uses the use of interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistical method and other research methods to build large stadiums public open period service quality evaluation index system,in Wuhan city accept national special fund subsidies of large stadiums as the empirical object,evaluate the current public open time service quality,in order to improve for Wuhan public sports service quality.In this study,the service quality evaluation scale of large sports venues covers five dimensions of tangible,responsiveness,assurance,reliability and empathy,with 22 measurement indicators.It is found that at present,the service quality of the public welfare opening period of large sports venues in Wuhan is at the middle level,and the average service perception of various indicators is lower than the expected average,among which the service gap of the empathy dimension is the largest.For the key improvement indicators such as regular activity training,information service publicity,timely handling feedback complaints,providing various service items and reasonable public opening time,venues should repair: 1)take the initiative to shoulder the open mission and implement the main responsibility of benefiting the people;2)innovate sports publicity forms and create a good sports atmosphere;3)improve the evaluation and assessment mechanism and timely handle feedback complaints;4)expand the service content of venues to meet the needs of multiple sports.For the secondary priority improvement indicators: 1)establish public welfare project cooperation and provide fitness guidance services;2)strengthen personnel training management and improve independent service awareness;3)strengthen the use of funds,reasonably adjust the charging price;4)Adhering to the concept of serving the people and responding to the exercise needs of the masses;5)Build an intelligent service platform and enhance the service efficiency of venues.
