China is facing a serious problem of population aging.How to ensure the physical and mental health and happiness of the middle-aged and elderly people is a realistic topic that the society pays attention to and must pay attention to.It is also a livelihood issue that the government and all sectors of society should make great efforts to solve in the future.At the moment of the novel corona virus pneumonia epidemic,middle-aged and elderly people have become high-risk groups due to their weak physique and low immunity.How to better prevent the middle-aged and elderly people from being infected by the virus should arouse our high attention.Physical exercise is an effective way to improve physical fitness and physical and mental health.Providing intellectual and hardware support for middle-aged and elderly people’s physical exercise and helping middle-aged and elderly people to engage in physical exercise scientifically and effectively are important means to improve the physical health of middle-aged and elderly people and improve their quality of life in their later years.Especially in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic,it is of direct help to reduce the impact of the epidemic on middle-aged and elderly people and reduce the pressure on the social public service system and health system.Therefore,this study takes the elderly in the community of the central urban area of Guilin as the object,and uses six methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study.Firstly,the questionnaire is scientifically designed to collect and sort out the data of physical exercise of the elderly.Among them,the ’ expert scoring method ’ is used to ensure the rationality of the questionnaire,and the ’ retest method ’ and t test are used to ensure the consistency and credibility of the survey results,which provides the basic basis for subsequent analysis and research.Secondly,it analyzes the basic situation of the elderly,analyzes the acceptance of physical exercise and the reasons for participating in and not participating in physical exercise;thirdly,this paper studies the cognition,motivation and purpose,location and place,project and mode of the elderly ’s participation in physical exercise,and makes qualitative and quantitative analysis of various factors affecting the scientific and effective participation of retired middle-aged and elderly people in physical exercise.Finally,according to the previous data analysis and reasoning judgment,the reasons for restricting the physical exercise effect of the elderly in terms of ideological understanding,venue facilities,exercise methods and other aspects are sorted out and analyzed.At the same time,it puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the participation of retired middle-aged and elderly people in physical exercise,provides reference for government departments to formulate support policies for promoting physical exercise of middle-aged and elderly people,provides basis for all sectors of society to facilitate and help middle-aged and elderly people in physical exercise,provides problem-solving ideas for China to deal with the problem of aging society,and provides support for helping middle-aged and elderly people to fight the epidemic in the context of the new corona virus pneumonia epidemic.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)The study of the basic situation of retired middle-aged and elderly people shows that the degree of participation in physical exercise is related to age and education.The participation of physical exercise in the elderly population is significantly less,and the participation of physical exercise in the highly educated population is higher.The health status of the elderly is not optimistic,and the incidence of various diseases over the age of 70 is significantly increased.The higher the job level,the higher the proportion of people participating in physical exercise.(2)Research participation in physical exercise retired elderly situation shows that physical fitness is the primary purpose of retired elderly people to participate in physical exercise;compared with the professional sports venues with complete facilities,simple exercise venues with close proximity to the place of residence and good natural conditions are more popular with the elderly.Retired middle-aged and elderly people have a general grasp of the theoretical knowledge of physical exercise,and have a high interest in projects with interactive and simple competitive attributes,but less participation in sports competitions;adherence to physical exercise can significantly enhance the physical fitness of middle-aged and elderly people,improve immunity,and reduce the incidence of common diseases,which is of great help to help middle-aged and elderly people resist the threat of the epidemic.(3)Analysis of the reasons restricting the effect of physical exercise in the elderly,can not be profound,from the heart to realize the importance of sports,the lack of physical exercise to carry out the venues and facilities,unscientific exercise movements,exercise intensity frequency,physical function decline and sports organization difficulties,will make the retired middle-aged and elderly people can not continue to effectively adhere to physical exercise,restricting the effect of physical exercise.(4)Strengthen the physical exercise of retired middle-aged and elderly people can start from the following aspects,carry out extensive sports information publicity,and provide information support for retired middle-aged and elderly people to actively and scientifically participate in physical exercise;strengthen the construction and management of sports venues and facilities,and provide basic hardware guarantee for physical exercise of retirees;strengthen the organization and management of sports activities,provide a platform for retired middle-aged and elderly people to exercise,and enrich their physical exercise content;improve the sports service ability and quality of retired middle-aged and elderly people,and provide strong service guarantee for retired middle-aged and elderly people to engage in physical exercise. |
