| Technology is the primary productive force,talent is the primary resource,and innovation is the primary driving force.In order to deeply implement the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education,innovation driven strategy,and talent driven strategy,and serve the construction of an innovative country,it is necessary to firmly grasp the key element of "talent".The "14th Five Year Plan for Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Guangxi" issued by Guangxi pointed out that "we should accelerate the decision-making and deployment of" mass innovation,mass entrepreneurship ",cultivate innovative talents,and rely on the coastal and border economic circles to build a magnificent Guangxi.However,as a underdeveloped region in the western region,Guangxi lacks innovation drive,innovation vitality,and innovative talents,which restricts its economic construction and development.As the main battlefield for cultivating talents and providing intellectual support to serve local economic and social development,vocational colleges can provide strong human capital support for local economic transformation and upgrading.However,there is a gap between what should be and what should be,and talent cultivation does not match the needs of the times.Therefore,the traditional isolated,closed,and loose"double innovation" talent cultivation method urgently needs to be transformed.Therefore,vocational colleges should break out of their own limitations,innovate talent cultivation models,collaborate with governments,sister colleges,enterprises,industry associations,and other entities to jointly cultivate "innovation and entrepreneurship" talents,form a collaborative innovation and education model of linkage,mutual benefit,and shared construction,break through the previous predicament of limited educational resources,fully utilize their respective resource advantages and deepen cooperation,and form a synergistic effect of 1+1>2 collaborative education.Based on the above analysis,this paper adopts the theory of collaborative innovation and symbiosis theory as the theoretical support for the study,and uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case study method to carry out the study.Firstly,we analyze the characterization of "dual-innovation" talents in higher education institutions,cultivating subjects and cultivating synergistic elements,in order to build the research dimension.Based on the dimensions of construction,a case study was conducted on M Vocational College(hereinafter referred to as M College),a pilot unit of "innovation and entrepreneurship" education in Guangxi vocational colleges,using questionnaire survey and interview methods.The current situation of M College’s "innovation and entrepreneurship" talent cultivation was analyzed in depth from five aspects: the current status of training objectives,curriculum system,teaching staff,practical platform,and evaluation system,Exploring the problems in the collaborative innovation training of "innovation and entrepreneurship" talents in Guangxi vocational colleges,mainly including: a single main body for setting training objectives,incomplete course collaboration construction,the need to strengthen the construction of practical collaboration platforms,a shortage of high-level "innovation and entrepreneurship" teacher resources,and an incomplete evaluation system.At the same time,based on the characteristics of the "double innovation" talent cultivation in Guangxi vocational colleges,a deep analysis of the reasons for its problems was conducted.It was found that the main reasons include four aspects: inadequate sharing of responsibilities among collaborative education subjects,insufficient coordination of internal and external education resources,incomplete evaluation and supervision mechanisms for collaborative education,and imperfect guarantee mechanisms for collaborative education.Accordingly,the study proposes effective strategies for collaborative innovation training of "double innovation" talents in Guangxi vocational colleges from four aspects: to clarify the responsibility sharing of collaborative education subjects,improve the synergy of internal and external education resources,improve the evaluation and supervision mechanism of collaborative education,and improve the guarantee mechanism of collaborative education. |
