Study Of Cultivation Of Creative Talents In The Pattern Of Collaborative Innovation Based On CAS

Creative talents play prominent roles in constructing innovative country. Furthermore, new requirements were put forward in the "2011Plan" for the construction of regional innovation system or even national innovation system. It is critical to enhance our ability of independent innovation, as well as the cultivation of creative talents since our country is experiencing a period of economy transformation. Now the collaborative innovation is a new choice of innovative cooperation which has been advocated in China, and the trial of cultivating creative talents on such a platform is also worth exploring. Contrasted to the traditional cooperation or competition, collaborative innovation is a more complex procedure, in which agents maximize the utility of their innovation by activating innovative elements, sharing innovative resource and optimizing resource allocation. The essence of collaborative innovation can be described as a kind of cooperation between companies and research institutes whose profits and losses are bound up with each other. In such cooperation, both sides create the very environment together which is good for the cultivation of creative talents when they are pursuing the maximization of their own earnings. In addition, the effects of such cultivation can last long enough, showing that collaborative innovation is a better way to cultivate creative talents than traditional industry-university-research cooperation.In this dissertation, the CAS theory is taken as the research method, cultivation of creative talents in the pattern of collaborative innovation as the research object and multi-agent simulation as the research tool, and all the researches are done in line with the scientific process strictly.In chapter1. the research background and significance are illuminated, and then the technical route and research methods are identified. At last, the innovation points are put forward from two aspects:the content and the methods. In a word, this chapter is the outline of the whole dissertation.In chapter2, the three relevant fields of researches are reviewed:creative talents. collaborative innovation and CAS theory. According to the literature review, the shortcomings of former researches can be found, which is helpful to form ideas and lay the foundation of the following researches.In chapter3, there are two main tasks:one is to analyze the two sorts of agents, namely research institutes and companies in collaborative innovation based on CAS, and come up with the conceptual models of cultivation of creative talents in collaborative innovation according to the ones of CAS theory. The other one is to establish the mechanism of cultivation of creative talents in collaborative innovation from6aspects, such as the mechanism of motivation and mechanism of goals so that it can offer the ideas for the next multi-agent simulation.In chapter4, the computer model is established on the basis of researches above, whose results can be proved to be correct. Meanwhile, the computer model of cultivation of creative talents in industry-university-research cooperation is also created in order to make comparison and prove that the collaborative innovation is more outstanding to cultivate creative talents. Finally, more emphases are laid on the research of effects that success rate and random risk have on talents cultivation in the multi-parameter analyses.In chapter5, the Silicon Valley and Zhongguancun are taken as research objects in the case study. For one thing, it shows that collaborative innovation does play primary roles in cultivation of creative talents in high-tech industry. For another thing, the distance between collaborative innovation and cultivation of creative talents in China and those in other countries at advanced level can be revealed.In chapter6, based on the former analyses, suggestion is made to improve induction and cultivation of creative talents in collaborative innovation from aspects of profit collaboration, talents aggregation, credit allocation, knowledge sharing and talent-introduction.In chapter7, the conclusion of the whole dissertation is made, as well as the outlook of the following study.
