| Since the beginning of the new college entrance examination reform in 2014,there have been five batches of 29 provinces participating in the new college entrance examination reform.More and more theoretical research and practical exploration are in full swing.If the educational concept of the new college entrance examination reform is to be truly effective in practice,the exploration of its teaching mode will become a proper research topics.Nowadays each province and each school based on their own practice and reality have explored various modes and paths in teaching organization.One choice for many schools is the hierarchical classselection system.The hierarchical class-selection system is a teaching organization form which students are stratified according to their learning ability and academic performance.After the stratification,students of different levels choose teaching classes suitable for their own level.Hainan A High School adopts this model.Based on the analytical framework of socio-technical system theory,this research investigates the current situation of the implementation of the hierarchical class-selection system in High School A with the method paradigm of empirical research.This study aims to clarify the problem dilemma of this model in the specific implementation process,and proposes solutions based on the school’s situation.The study is divided into four parts.The first part theoretically explores the connotation and meaning of the hierarchical class-selection system.It includes the definition of the relevant concepts of the hierarchical class-selection system,the pedagogical and psychological basis for the implementation of the system,the characteristics and educational value of the system.This part aims to clarify the theoretical internal requirements for the implementation of the hierarchical classselection system.The second part is a survey of the status of the implementation of hierarchical class-selection system in High School A.The third part is the analysis of the difficulties in the implementation of the hierarchical class-selection system in High School A.It mainly focuses on the task subsystem,structure subsystem,technology subsystem and personnel subsystem by analyzing the implementation difficulties.In order to solve these practical dilemmas,the fourth part proposes corresponding solutions.The solutions conclude four aspects: task subsystem,structure subsystem,technology subsystem,and personnel subsystem. |
