| Under the educational background of the new curriculum reform,this study adopted the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and data analysis,and under the guidance of the theory of differential teaching,the theory of multiple intelligences and the theory of teaching process optimization,to study the application of hierarchical guidance plan teaching mode to the knowledge teaching of chemical elements and compounds in high school.This study analyzed the existing problems of traditional guidance plans and the advantages of hierarchical guidance plans,explored the design principles,module design and application strategies of hierarchical guidance plans,designs hierarchical guidance plans for high school chemical elements and compounds units,and applied the hierarchical guidance plans to the teaching of chemical elements and compounds knowledge in high school for a semester of teaching practice.The practical results showed that the application of hierarchical guidance plan in the teaching of chemical elements and compounds in high school is conducive to promoting the transfer of old knowledge,deepening the understanding of new knowledge,improving learning efficiency,developing core qualities,promoting the communication between teachers and students,and narrowing the spiritual distance between teachers and students. |
