Promotion Status And Optimization Strategy Of Small Basketball In Mudanjiang City

At present,under the guidance of the idea of "sports country dream",sports is an important part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The National Fitness Plan has been implemented,quality education has been blossomed everywhere,and people from all walks of life pay increasing attention to the healthy development of children and adolescents,and the development of sports become the focus of the society.In November 2017,the Little Basketball Program was officially launched in Beijing under the active promotion of the Chinese Basketball Association.This study takes basketball teachers,basketball coaches,students and parents from 12 primary schools and 6 small basketball clubs in 8 districts(counties)of Mudanjiang city as the main research objects,and uses literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,field investigation method,SWOT analysis method and other methods to analyze the problems existing in the promotion process of small basketball in Mudanjiang City.In order to popularize little basketball,promote the sustainable development of "little basketball" in Mudanjiang,and help form a good ecology;It lays a foundation for the improvement of the quality of reserve talent training and provides reference for the promotion of "little basketball" in other areas.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)The development of little basketball in Mudanjiang has initially formed a system and become one of the important divisions of the series of little basketball leagues in Heilongjiang Province.At present,the primary school in Mudanjiang has been listed in the list of "National Youth Campus Basketball Characteristic School",and the number of basketball clubs has increased greatly.The public attaches a high degree of importance to small basketball,Students are highly liked and motivated,and parental support needs to be improved.The existing teachers basically meet the teaching needs and have cultivated a group of outstanding basketball talents.With the promotion of small basketball,the shortage of teachers and other problems have surfaced.(2)There are more primary schools in Mudanjiang City carrying out small basketball courses,but the starting grade is higher and the sports time is shorter.In most primary schools,the funds for small basketball sports are limited,the small basketball court is not standard,and the equipment and teaching AIDS are insufficient.The curriculum arrangement of the school and the basketball club is reasonable,and both can achieve the student-centered teaching concept.The teaching objectives are set clearly and clearly,the teaching content is generally the same,and the teaching methods are flexible and diverse.However,the teaching mode is mostly based on game teaching mode,with no unified teaching materials for teaching,more customized teaching plans,and lack of special training.(3)So far,Mudanjiang has held four little basketball leagues,with more than100 participating teams in total.The league is organized rigorously,the division of groups is standardized,and the events is compactly arranged.The referee team has strong judging ability but the number is insufficient.The on-site command ability of most small basketball coaches needs to be improved.There are significant differences in the use of basketball techniques and tactics among various groups in small basketball leagues.(4)Through SWOT analysis,it is found that the development of small basketball in Mudanjiang City has internal advantages such as professional coaches,good basketball atmosphere,continuous infiltration of moral education,but it also has internal disadvantages such as imperfect tournament system,safety risks,incomplete textbooks and courses.Meanwhile,external opportunities such as national policy encouragement,rapid economic development and increasing social demand coexist with external challenges such as imperfect development of small basketball plan,fierce market competition and lack of funding guarantee.In view of the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Mudanjiang Municipal government departments should improve the organization of small basketball and relevant systems;increase the investment in funds,improve the venue,equipment and other facilities,introduce excellent teachers,support and standardize the operation of basketball clubs,improve the propaganda of small basketball,and create a small basketball culture in the city.(2)It is suggested that Mudanjiang Education and Sports Bureau,Teaching and research Institute,Basketball Association and other education and guidance departments conduct in-depth research on primary schools and small basketball clubs,set up special training courses,guide the compilation of local textbooks for small basketball,standardize their teaching behaviors and improve their teaching effects.(3)It is recommended that primary schools regularly hold small basketball competitions,increase exchanges and competitions among small basketball clubs,introduce well-known commercial competitions,well organise local small basketball leagues,and promote the popularity of small basketball in Mudanjiang.
