With the deepening of education reform,music curriculum tends to be systematized and standardized.As a necessary link in the reform of music education,the importance of aesthetic education is self-evident.Guzheng,as an extremely representative musical instrument in Chinese traditional music,not only embodies the historical progress of Chinese music culture,but also demonstrates the unique national characteristics of Chinese traditional culture.As a kind of music activity organization in the school,the Guzheng community has attracted the attention of a large number of students with its novel teaching form and unique teaching method.Aesthetic education plays a vital role in music teaching,and community teaching,as a branch of music,should shoulder the important task of aesthetic education.Therefore,in teaching practice,the two should be integrated to promote the establishment of students’ aesthetic awareness and the enhancement of their aesthetic abilities.This thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction section,which explains the research purpose and methods of this article.Based on the current development status at home and abroad,it summarizes the current research situation of aesthetic education and Guzheng community.The second chapter mainly elaborates on the current development status of the Guzheng community at Shanshui City Primary School in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province.Through analysis of the curriculum and teaching process,combined with survey reports,some prominent issues have been raised.The third chapter proposes corresponding solutions to the issues raised above,combined with the aesthetic requirements of the music discipline under the new curriculum reform.The forth chapter summarizes the effectiveness of classroom practice and students’ feedback based on the previous text,and elaborates on the significance and relevant reflections of integrating Guzheng community into primary school aesthetic education.
