The "2017 Edition and 2020 Revision of the Curriculum Standards for High School Biology"(hereinafter referred to as the "New Curriculum Standards")clearly states in the "Teaching Suggestions" section that in order to cultivate students’ scientific exploration and biological practice abilities,it is necessary to strengthen biological experimental teaching and exploratory teaching.As an important teaching and research activity,’isomerism in the same class’ can serve as a platform for biology teachers to enhance their experimental teaching design abilities.Therefore,this study focuses on the design of high school biology experimental teaching based on the heterogeneity of the same course,with the aim of optimizing the design of high school biology experimental teaching.This study first discusses the research background,significance,and current research status at home and abroad through literature review.Secondly,it outlines the concept definition and theoretical basis of high school biology experimental teaching design based on the same course heterogeneity.Next,a survey will be conducted on the current status of experimental teaching design for frontline biology teachers through a questionnaire survey.It is understood that most teachers can recognize the importance of experimental teaching,but there are still some teachers who neglect reflective design in experimental teaching.Based on this,through case analysis and comparative analysis,six teaching cases from authoritative journal Biology Teaching and Research Network were selected for comparative analysis,including three excellent cases of confirmatory experiment "detecting sugars,fats,and proteins in biological tissues" and three excellent cases of exploratory experiment "influencing enzyme activity conditions",The strategy for optimizing the design of high school biology experimental teaching is to reasonably set experimental teaching objectives,flexibly organize textbook experimental content,scientifically design experimental teaching activities,and use information technology to assist biology experimental teaching.Based on the proposed teaching strategy,two biology experimental teaching case designs were conducted.This study is committed to exploring and optimizing the design of biology experimental teaching,and we hope to innovate and improve the research on biology experimental teaching design,providing some inspiration for future frontline biology teachers’ experimental teaching.
