| In recent years,with the popularization and development of labor education for young children in the country,kindergartens have conducted a large number of practical studies on autonomous dining,and education on eating and drinking needs to be carried out from multiple aspects.However,the current situation of autonomous dining in kindergartens is still not optimistic.Therefore,this study selects three aspects of issues that need to be addressed urgently in autonomous dining activities to explore effective strategies for implementing the theme activities of autonomous dining for young children,Provide reference and practical suggestions for preschool teachers to carry out self catering themed activities.This study adopts the method of action research,selecting middle class children from a public kindergarten M in Shenyang as the research object,and conducting an action research for one and a half months.Before implementing the action study,interviews were conducted with teachers and young children to understand their understanding of food.The current situation of teachers’ autonomous eating education and teaching activities was observed using the "Checklist for Autonomous Eating Behavior of Middle School Children",with a view to understanding the current development status of children’s existing autonomous eating ability,analyzing existing problems,and carrying out corresponding education and teaching activities.A total of three stages and nine autonomous dining education and teaching activities were conducted in the action research.In the first stage of action research,children’s food cognitive dimensions are mainly cultivated;In the second stage of action research,it is mainly to cultivate children’s dining etiquette abilities;The third stage of action research aims to improve the ability level of young children in the dimension of eating habits in autonomous eating activities.Through the selection of teaching content,the formulation of goals,and the reflection and improvement of activities,researchers have explored effective ways to carry out themed activities on autonomous dining.According to the physical and mental development characteristics of young children,it is conducted in three aspects: food cognition,eating etiquette,and eating habits.Conduct research in the spiral of planning,implementation,and reflection.After the action study,a post test was conducted on the use of the "Self catering Behavior Checklist for Middle Class Children".The results showed that there was a significant difference in children’s scores before and after the action study.Through three stages of action research,the following research conclusions are drawn: the formulation of specific activity goals leads the way for conducting self catering themed activities;The application of diversified teaching strategies increases the means of promoting children’s autonomous dining ability;The summary and reflection of teaching is an expanded way to improve children’s autonomous dining ability.The educational suggestions put forward include: understanding the current situation of children’s autonomous eating,and refining targeted activity goals;Using diversified activity strategies to enhance the effectiveness of self catering education activities;Timely reflect on teaching activities and improve the design of self catering themed activities. |
