In order to meet the challenges of the reform of preschool education curriculum,kindergartens have carried out the educational practice of “Daily-life Education”,focusing on establishing a harmonious and trusting relationship between teachers and children and improving the quality of preschool education.Dining activities provide children with the need for physical growth and development.The interaction between teachers and children in the dining activities is related to the all-round development of children's physical movements,language expression,thinking cognition,etc.Children learn a variety of experiences through interaction with teachers.Therefore,high-quality teacher-child interaction plays an important role in the learning and development of children.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current situation of teacher-child interaction in dining activities of three-four years old children in kindergartens.Taking W kindergarten in Wenzhou as an example,data analysis is conducted from the four dimensions of subject,theme,nature and result of teacher-child interaction according to the observed events.It is found that teachers are the subject of teacher-child interaction,and children are in a relatively passive position;The interaction theme initiated by teachers attaches too much importance to rule formation in dining activities;and teachers are not motivated enough when children initiate interaction.At the same time,It is found through interviews that the low quality of teacher-child interaction in dining activities related to the teachers insisting on the rules developing from an early age,the unwillingness to let go and the lack of teaching wit.Finally,the paper proposes corresponding recommendations that preschool teachers should update their educational concepts,highlight the subject status of children,improve education and teaching wit,balance the interaction themes,and play a positive role in the cultivation of children's dining rules.In conclusion,teachers should provide more possibilities for the learning and development of children.
