| China has won a great victory in the prevention and control of the epidemic. However,in the post-epidemic era,the psychological influence of tourists has not dissipated, which makes them face complex challenges in many aspects in various industries In the post-epidemic era,the psychological influence of tourism practitioners has not been completely eliminated, which leads to the decline of their confidence in employment and the weakening of their professional identity, which leads to the loss of some talents in the tourism market This has caused the psychological shadow of the practitioners in the tourism industry, and the weakening of professional identity has led to the loss of some leading talents and managers in the tourism market Undergraduate graduates of tourism management are important pillars of human resources in the future tourism industry, and their professional skills and sense of identity will determine the direction of tourism industry and tourism graduates may face the challenge of industry planning, which may lead to their professional identity and learning satisfaction Under the influence of post-epidemic era,the differences among individuals make the undergraduates majoring in tourism management suffer different influences Self-efficacy,as an intrinsic trait, can adjust one’s emotions and stimulate one’s interest in learning under the circumstances of external pressure, danger or load,so as to improve one’s learning satisfaction. Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the influence of self-efficacy on the professional identity and learning satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in tourism management in the post-epidemic era.The aim of this paper is to explore the mediating effect of self-efficacy on professional identity and learning satisfaction of college students majoring in tourism management in the post-epidemic era and put forward corresponding intervention strategies Based on the triple interactive determinism of self-efficacy theory and educational ecology theory, this paper constructs a theoretical model about the logical relationship between professional identity and learning satisfaction of self-efficacy in the post-epidemic era,and puts forward four research hypotheses on the premise of verifying that the Covid-19 epidemic has a significant impact on professional identity and learning satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in tourism management:(1)the epidemic has a significant negative impact on students’ professional identity and learning satisfaction;(2)There is a significant positive correlation between students’ professional identity and learning satisfaction in the post-epidemic era;(3)Self-efficacy is positively correlated with students’ professional identity and learning satisfaction in the post-epidemic era;(4)The mediating role of self-efficacy in professional identity and learning satisfaction of tourism management undergraduates in the post-epidemic era. This is a significant positive correlation between professional identity and learning satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in tourism management in the post-epidemic era under the premise that the epidemic has a significant negative impact on professional identity and learning satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in tourism management.By constructing structural equation model and multiple linear regression data,it is found that self-efficacy can predict the above-mentioned positive correlation in post-epidemic era, that is,self-efficacy can significantly predict students’ professional identity in cognition, emotion and behavior, and learning satisfaction in learning and interpersonal interaction,it is found that self-efficacy plays an important intermediary role in the influence of professional identity and learning satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in tourism management, and self-efficacy alleviates the negative influence of students’ psychological level in the post-epidemic era to a certain extent.According to the above discussion and related theories,in order to alleviate the negative impact of students’ professional identity and learning satisfaction in the post-epidemic era, this paper suggests that students should enhance their positive self-efficacy and cultivate their personal attribution ability;Pay attention to industry trends in teaching;Strengthen in-depth cooperation with enterprises This has important practical significance for coping with the challenges in the post-epidemic era. |
