With the deepening of the information society,co-construction and sharinexcellence,cooperation and mutual benefit are the necessary conditions for allwalks of life toachieve good results.Middle school students are the future of the motherland,and in the end,they must support the pillars of nationalconstruction,cultivate their spirit of unity and cooperation as soon as possible,and will avoid detours in future study or work.Previous studies have demonstrated that cooperative learning teaching is one of the most direct and convenientways to cultivate students’ sense of unity and cooperation and improveeaching results,but whether this teaching method is suitable for the teaching of all courses is still inconclusive.In order to verify the application of cooperative learning teaching method in volleyball teaching in middle school,this paper conducts teaching experiments with students from two classes in thefirst grade of high school.This paper uses the literature method to read the literature related to this paper,such as cooperative learning teaching method,volleyball teaching experiment,sports project,etc.,summarizes the process of teaching experiment design,initially formulates the test indicators involved in volleyball teaching experiments,optimizes the test indicators and determines the test methods through expert interviews.Mao Rongjian’s "Student Exercise Attitude Scale" was used to measure students’ exercise attitude;The teaching experiment method was used to obtain the different effects produced by the two teaching methods,and finally the experimental results were analyzed by the logical analysis method combined with professional knowledge,and the results were as follows:1.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the physical fitness,basic volleyball skills,and exercise attitude test results of the control class and the experimental class,P>0.05.2.After the experiment,the students in the experimental class and the control class:in terms of physical fitness,there was only a significant difference of P<0.05 in 36-meter movement,there was no significant difference between running and standing long jump P>0.05;in terms of volleyball basic technology,there was a significant difference of P<0.05;in terms of teaching competition,the experimental class won the teaching competition 3:2;The experimental group performed better in terms of exercise attitude in volleyball lessons,reaching a statistically significant difference of P<0.05.3.Before and after the experiment,the experimental class: 36 meters movement and standing long jump have a significant difference P<0.05,the basic technique of volleyball has a very significant difference,P<0.01,exercise attitude has a significant difference P<0.05.The difference in the control class was not significant,P>0.05,the other two physical qualities reached a significant difference,P<0.05,volleyball technique reached a very significant difference P<0.01,and there was no significant difference in exercise attitude P>0.05.conclusion1.The use of cooperative learning teaching method in the volleyball course of middle school students can stimulate the enthusiasm of middle school students for volleyball lessons,correct their attitude towards physical exercise,promote the formation of sports habits of middle school students,and lay a good foundation for lifelong sports.2.The use of cooperative learning teaching method in middle school volleyball class can promote the improvement of basic skills such as volleyball passing,mat ball and serve,and at the same time cultivate the habit of unity and cooperation among students.3.After using the cooperative learning teaching method,the teaching process has increased its vitality,no longer limited to teacher-student interaction,but further expanded the teaching interaction into teacher-student and student-student interaction,which increases the interest and inquiry in the teaching process,which is worth promoting.
