| This paper studies the pre~competition training load arrangement and monitoring analysis of the women’s 20 km race walking(adult group)team champions Yang Liujing,Wu Quanming and Mary in the 14 th National Games.Combining with the training load,we can know the athletes’ physical state through the functional indicators,help coaches know the athletes’ adaptability to the training load in time,comprehensively analyze the features of athletes’ functional changes in each stage,and provide reference for coaches to make training plans.In order to prepare for the National Games,Shaanxi Walking Team started the pre~competition training four months before the competition,so that athletes could train in different stages,different natures and different fields,so that the body could adapt to the requirements and conditions of the competition,and the athletes would be in their best competitive state during the competition period.Therefore,the pre~competition training is mainly composed of two stages with increasing altitude,namely Tianshui stage with an altitude of 1,100 meters and Yuzhong stage with an altitude of 1,950 meters.During the training,the daily training amount,the training results of the main course of endurance intensity,training heart rate,basic heart rate,lactic acid,white blood cells,hemoglobin,red blood cell count,hematocrit and other data indicators are recorded.Research Methods:In this paper,through the method of literature,tracking observation,testing and mathematical statistics of the 14 th National Games women’s 20 km race walking(adult group)team champion members pre~training stage load arrangement and biochemical index data field collection,to obtain a complete set of data,the collected data can basically reflect the training situation of the race walking team.It helps us to know the actual situation of the training load of sports teams,and these data can reflect the training more accurately.This also provides a basis for improving the data statistical system,and provides reference for the future training of coaches.The training performance,training load,training heart rate,training lactic acid,basic heart rate,white blood cells(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),red blood cells(RBC)and hematological volume(HTC)of Yang Liujing,Wu Full name and Ma Li in pre~competition training were tracked and recorded for analysis.Results of the study:1.The elevation step~up test mode,the endurance training of various metabolic modes,the overlap degree of endurance plate and strength plate to control the load intensity,all of which increase the stimulation of training or provide the basis for training,and have an obvious effect on training.2.The proportion of training within the heart rate interval of recovery and reconstruction(145~155)is too large,the proportion of training within the heart rate interval of aerobic endurance and anaerobic threshold endurance(155~175)is too small,and the proportion of training within the heart rate interval of special intensity(180~185)is too small.The accumulated deep fatigue is easy to be awakened.3.Basal heart rate: All the three athletes showed an upward trend.There was no significant increase in Yang Liujing,Wu Quan and Ma Liming in the training from the plain to the preparation stage(Tianshui stage)had a very significant increase(P <0.01),Ma Li in the preparation stage(Tianshui stage)to the strengthening stage(Yuzhong stage)had a significant increase(P < 0.05).4.White blood cells: there were no significant changes in the three athletes,and they all had 1~2 times of increased stress.Yang Liujing and Ma Li showed a slight downward trend,while Wu full name showed an upward trend.To some extent,it reflects the changing characteristics of the body immunity.5.Oxygen transport: The three athletes all decreased first and then increased in different degrees,showing an overall upward trend.In terms of hemoglobin,there was no significant change in Yang Liujing,Wu Quanming had a very significant increase(P < 0.01)from the pre~training(plain)to the preparation stage(Tianshui stage)to the strengthening stage(Yuzhong stage),and Ma Li had a very significant increase(P < 0.01)from the preparation stage(Tianshui stage)to the strengthening stage(Yuzhong stage).In terms of red blood cells,Yang Liujing had a very significant increase from preparation stage(Tianshui stage)to strengthening stage(Yuzhong stage)(P < 0.01),and Wu Quanming had a very significant increase from pre~training(plain stage)to preparation stage(Tianshui stage)and then to strengthening stage(Yuzhong stage)(P < 0.01).Ma Li increased significantly from preparation stage(Tianshui stage)to strengthening stage(Yuzhong stage)(P < 0.01).In terms of red blood cell hematology,Yang Liujing had a very significant increase from the preparation stage(Tianshui stage)to the strengthening stage(Yuzhong stage)(P <0.01),Wu Quanming had a very significant increase from the training before(plain)to the preparation stage(Tianshui stage)and then to the strengthening stage(Yuzhong stage)(P < 0.01).Ma Li increased significantly from preparation stage(Tianshui stage)to strengthening stage(Yuzhong stage)(P < 0.01).Research conclusions:1.Yang Liujing,Wu Quanming and Ma Li prepared for the 14 th National Games.From the data index of 400 meters in the plain stage before the competition to the data index of 1100 meters in the first stage of the sub-plateau and then to the data index analysis of 1950 meters in the second stage of the sub-plateau,the competitive ability and data index showed a downward trend,but the overall trend was rising.And the main data indexes all showed a significant difference in the upward direction.This training mode is already mature,and is very suitable for race-walking athletes to improve their own quality,is worth promoting.2,Yang Liujing,Wu Quanming,Ma Li training load stage arrangement has the following characteristics: by arranging different types of endurance main course(stable speed type,uniform acceleration type,variable speed type),can effectively increase the depth and breadth of stimulation.The main course of endurance is arranged before the main course of strength;In the first stage of the preparatory period,the main course plate of endurance and the main course plate of strength are completely separated and do not overlap;In the second sub-plateau stage of the strengthening period,the main endurance plate and the main strength plate begin to coincide at the back 1/3 of the main endurance plate.This method is more effective to adjust the load by using the overlap degree between the endurance plate and the strength plate at different stages,which is very worthy of reference and learning for other excellent race walkers. |
