Objective: to Jiangsu province men walking athletes were training,monitoring and evaluation of the 2016-2017 season during the winter training of data collection and analysis,summed up the law and the rationality of the evaluation results of training monitoring arrangements,and make effective evaluation on the training arrangement and summary.Methods: the blood physiological and biochemical data were collected and analyzed by Jiangsu Sports Science Institute,and the heart rate data were collected and trained with the Jiaming 620 heart rate meter.Results: 1,the Jiangsu Province Track and field team division during the winter training of elite male race walkers: general preparation period(21 days),the winter load increase period(28 days),the key period of winter(21 days);winter complete strength and plan was consistent,complete strength gradually in the late strength,but the late winter complete load gradually lower than the planned load;2,through training heart rate monitoring,the formation of the relationship between heart rate and walking speed of different stages of training training;3,winter athletes before and after red blood cell count(p=0.155)and hemoglobin(p=0.359)results were not significant difference,but the red blood cell count after training and hemoglobin were compared with before training improved;hematocrit achieved significant difference(p=0.036),and after training and training prior to ascension;4,winter training period.The test 10000 m test beam in the main focus of the athletes' blood lactic acid results,at the highest level for the YLQ(17.17),the lowest was HHF(3.38);in addition to the YLQ and LZD value of lactic acid decreased to 3 minutes,the other athletes were gradually increased;and 3 minutes to 5 minutes of Zhong Zhong.Only LS and YD value of lactic acid showed a downward trend;5,the value of testosterone in athletes before winter training(524.19 + 107.35)and after winter training(496.44 + 119.96)showed a downward trend,but did not reach significant level(p=0.309),cortisol values in winter(14.85 + 3.35)before and after winter training(15.91 + 3.49)showed a rising trend,but did not reach significant level(p=0.435),creatine kinase value in winter(331.38 + 182.29)before and after winter training(368.38 + 189.05)showed a rising trend,but did not reach significant level(p=0.262),blood urea nitrogen values in winter(7.55 + 1.53)before and after winter training(6.38 + 1.23)showed a downward trend,but did not reach significant level(p=0.184).Conclusion: 1.The physiological and biochemical index monitoring results objectively reflect the rationality of the arrangement of training and training arrangements reached by training;2,blood physiological indexes reflect to exercise capacity during the winter training level of athletes,and stress the body changes;biochemical indexes reflect the athletes body function change to the specific stage of training;3,practical training monitoring indicators will be integrated,at the same time combined training arrangements to judge comprehensive monitoring,reasonable and scientific to achieve monitoring.
