Research purpose: With the further development of national education and teaching reform,the all-round promotion of school quality education,promoting the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical,aesthetic and labor is a new requirement of the society for quality education in the new period.At present,the physical fitness of teenagers shows a declining trend,specifically,myopia,obesity and other problems.Through the relevant physical exercise,is conducive to enhance the self-confidence of primary school students,shaping a strong will quality,enhance the collective sense of honor,cultivate a good outlook on life,world outlook,values,can alleviate the bad mood of primary school students,develop good quality.Sports provides a corresponding path to solve the problem of mental health development of primary school students.Wushu is an important representative of China’s excellent traditional culture,and as an important branch of sports events,it occupies an important position in school physical education.Wushu Sanda is a sport that pays equal attention to moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic,which fits the characteristics of the physical and mental health development of primary school students.By practicing Wushu Sanda,it is conducive to promoting the development of the nervous system,to the health and self-defense,and to the corresponding improvement of physical quality.The development of primary school students’ will and quality is highly valued by the country,the society and the school.Primary school students will quality characteristics mainly displays as: pupils consciousness is poor,easy to be the opinions of others,pupils decisive development with the rise of grade,but the whole primary school decisive is not stable,pupils independence is not stable,self-centered,pupils tenacity with the rise of grade and rapid development.Research method: This paper uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,teaching experiment and other research methods.Two natural classes(50 students in experimental class and 50 students in control class)of Lianhu District Hope Primary School in Xi’an were selected for a semester of Wushu Sanda course(3 months),including theoretical knowledge and practical courses.A comparative analysis of their will quality changes is made.Research results:1 Before the experiment,the experimental group and control group of students in self-realization,goal clarity,self-control,conviction,tenacity,intellectual concentration,decision timeliness,difficult bear mean on 7 level 2 dimensions,P value is greater than 0.05,shows that before the experiment the experimental group and control students have no significant difference in related dimensions.2 The overall statistics of the will quality of the experimental group and the control group found that the students of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group in the dimensions of self-realization,goal clarity,self-control,tenacity,intellectual concentration,decision-making timeliness,burnout durability and difficulty tolerance,and the P-value was less than 0.01.It shows that after 13 weeks of Wushu Sanda,the students in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group in these dimensions of will quality compared with the control group.3 Before and after the experiment,the P value of students was less than 0.01 in the dimensions of self-realization desire,goal clarity,tenacity,decision timeliness,burnout durability,and difficulty tolerance.It shows that there is a significant difference and a P value is less than 0.01 in target clarity,indicating a very significant difference.After the experiment,the scores of the four dimensions of consciousness,independence,decisiveness and tenacity were improved accordingly,and the P-values of consciousness and tenacity were less than 0.01.It shows that after 13 weeks of learning Wushu Sanda,the students in the experimental group have been significantly improved in these dimensions.4 Before and after the experiment,the P-value was less than 0.01 compared with the two dimension scores of self-realization desire,goal clarity,tenacity,decision-making timeliness,burnout durability and difficulty tolerance.It shows that after 13 weeks of wushu Sanda,the students in the experimental group were significantly improved in these dimensions of will quality.And control students before and after the target clarity,tenacity,self-realization,conviction,conviction,tenacity,intellectual concentration,decision timeliness,burnout durability,difficulty,self-consciousness,decisive,independence,tenacity scores compared to the P value are greater than 0.05,that the control students before and after the experiment will quality change no significant difference.Research conclusion:The 13 weeks of Wushu Sanda can improve students’ will quality in self-realization desire,tenacity,decision-making timeliness,difficulty tolerance and burnout durability.Boys have a very significant improvement in the self-realization desire,self-consciousness and self-control dimensions.Girls have a very significant improvement in the dimension of consciousness and self-control.
