Abstract/Summary:
Purpose: Bone mineral density is an important marker for evaluating the quality of human bones, and it is also an important indicator of human bone strength.Sanda,as a freehand combat type fighting project, has a strong impact and a good bone density level can enable athletes to have a stronger ability to fight and reduce sports injuries. Therefore, this paper combines traditional martial arts exercises in improving resistance to fight in Sanda training.Practicing training interventions to explore the impact of Sanda combined with pacing exercises on the forearm bone mineral density of the athletes.By testing the subject’s forearm bone mineral density index to analyze the effect of paling exercises on the forearm bone mineral density,it will be used as the future Sanda movement.Improve more training methods and enrich Sanda training system. Methods: This study selected literature methods, test methods, experimental methods, and mathematical statistics methods as research methods. The students of Sanda University of Beijing University of Physical Education were selected as the experimental subjects, and randomly assigned to them.Among them,8 were in the experimental group and 8 in the control group. All subjects were tested for forearm bone mineral density and data were collected before the experiment. In the 3-month experimental period, the control subjects and the experimental subjects performed the same content of the Sanda training course at the same time, while the experimental group of subjects After the experiment was completed, all subjects underwent forearm bone density testing and data acquisition. Finally, the analysis was concluded. The results of the study showed that the forearm bone density of the subjects in the experimental group and the control group was tested before the experiment, and there was no significant difference in the P value >0.05 after the independent sample T test. After 3 months of training, the forearm bone mineral density of the experimental group and the control group were increased in different degrees before and after the experiment. From the trend point of view, the mean forearm bone mineral density of the experimental group was better than that of the control group..There was a difference in P-value <0.05 by independent sample T test. Conclusion: 1.After three months of training, the bone density in the forearm of the control group was improved through conventional Sanda training. The results of the experiment(P<0.05)showed that the conventional Sanda training also helped the increase of bone density in the forearm of the subjects..2 In the experimental group, the forearm bone density was better than that in the control group(P<0.05)after training with pacing exercises. This indicates that the training intervention of the experimental group can effectively improve the forearm bone mineral density.3.Bone mineral content is also an important index for evaluating human bone quality.Experimental results show that the bone mineral content in the experimental group is also significantly higher than the control group, indicating that the experimental group’s training intervention in pacing the work also has changes in the bone mineral content of the subjects Positive influence.4.A good level of bone mineral density enables athletes to have a strong resistance to hitting. The experimental results show that the experimental group can effectively improve the forearm bone mineral density of the subjects through the tapping exercise combined with Sanda training and can be combined in future Sanda training.Pat training to help athletes improve bone mineral density,so that athletes have a stronger ability to fight.
