| In recent years,due to the epidemic,the public’s awareness of health has been increasing,and club group exercise classes have become more and more popular among the public.In particular,students of physical education institutions have organized activities in the form of group exercise classes many times during the closure of schools to drive more students to join the group exercise team.In this paper,through literature method,expert interview method,Delphi method,hierarchical analysis method and mathematical statistics method,we take the construction of teaching ability of students in club group exercise course in sports colleges as the entry point,use expert interview and questionnaire to interview and exchange with experts in related fields,through three rounds of questionnaire distribution,collection and collation,finally compile the index system suitable for teaching ability of students in club group exercise course in sports colleges and verify its reasonableness through practice.The findings are as follows:(1)The theoretical basis for the construction of teaching ability indexes for students of club gymnastics courses in sports colleges and universities comes from the theory of hierarchy of needs in psychology,the constructivist theory in education,the theory of training cycle in sports training,the teaching law of gymnastics courses and the teaching experience of relevant experts.(2)The teaching characteristics of club gymnastics course in sports colleges and universities are fitness,interactivity,fashionability and fun.Among them,fitness and interactivity are the intrinsic characteristics of the group exercise course,and fashion and fun are the external expressions of the group exercise course.(3)The teaching ability of students of club group exercise course in sports colleges is divided into basic ability,professional ability and expansion ability,among which basic ability is composed of 5 primary indicators,10 secondary indicators and 23 tertiary indicators;professional ability is composed of 5 primary indicators,11 tertiary indicators and 25 tertiary indicators;expansion ability has 3 primary indicators,8secondary indicators and 22 tertiary indicators.Among them,basic ability is the guarantee,professional ability is the focus,and expansion ability is the sublimation.(4)Hierarchical analysis showed that among the basic competencies professional knowledge(0.29)and instructional guidance(0.29)had the highest weight values.Among the professional competencies the use of professional pedagogy(0.63)had the highest weight value.The highest weight value was given to mastery of curriculum types(0.73)among the extended competencies.It indicates that the learning of professional knowledge and the use of teaching guidance dominate in the basic stage,the flexible use of teaching methods is the focus in the professional stage,and the mastery of the types of courses in group exercises is the breakthrough in the extended stage.(5)The weighting results show that the core teaching ability of students in club group exercise course is composed of password ability,gesture ability,infection ability,music ability and teaching method,among which password is the foundation,gesture is the guarantee,infection is the key,music is the soul and teaching method is the root.The various teaching abilities are flexibly applied according to the object of instruction,the difficulty of the content,and the teaching scenario.(6)The results of the hypothetical cases established based on the fuzzy evaluation method show that the index system of student teaching ability of club group exercise course in physical education institutions constructed in this study is logical,clear and targeted,especially in a quantitative way to evaluate the teaching ability of students,which is operable. |
