Mindfulness is a specific way of awareness that paying attention to everything on purpose,in the present moment without making any judgments about it.At present,mindfulness is widely used in sports psychology,clinical psychology,pedagogy and other research fields.According to the characteristics of different sports,the Mindfulness training methods as Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction training,Mindfulness-Acceptance-Commitment training,MindfulnessAcceptance-Insight-Commitment training and so on have been developed.The influence mechanism of mindfulness training mainly lies in: To help athletes purposely aware of the present and accept the internal psychological feelings,improve tolerance limit,response level and adjustment ability of the negative emotion and passivity experience,increase sport performance,concentration ability,control ability and flow state level,enhance self-awareness level,self-determine behavior ability,volitional quality and subjective well-being,consolidate the personal values and promote consciousness.On the other hand,fitness and bodybuilding is a scientific and systematic sport.To set up fitness and bodybuilding courses in universities is not only the need of physical education reform of institution of higher learning,but also the inevitable requirement of quality education development.The fitness and bodybuilding exercise can not only develop muscles,but also carve the body shape,and ultimately achieve the purpose of enhancing health level.However,as far as we know,in the research of mindfulness of domestic and foreign studies,the application of mindfulness trainings in the fitness and bodybuilding program is not widely used,and the research on fitness and bodybuilding courses in universities has not been involved.In this study,the introduction of mindfulness trainings into fitness and bodybuilding courses in institution of higher learning is beneficial not only to improve undergraduate students’ understanding of mindfulness trainings,but also to expand the application of mindfulness theory in the field of sports.This study adopted the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,test and mathematical statistics to explore the influence of mindfulness trainings on mindfulness level and training effects of students as a beginner of fitness and bodybuilding sport.Taking 60 students from the public physical course of fitness and bodybuilding in Guangxi University of Science and Technology as experimental objects,and the students were divided into the experimental group and the control group,they were taught and trained for 12 weeks according to “mindfulness trainings + bodybuilding” program and “routine bodybuilding” program respectively.Through statistical analysis of test results of relevant experimental indicators before and after the experiment of the experimental group and the control group,the results showed that the changes of mindfulness level,physical morphology,physical composition and physical quality of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Fitness and bodybuilding sport can effectively improve body shape,optimize body composition and enhance physical quality.It is a physical education course that is very beneficial to undergraduate students’ physical and mental development.(2)Introducing mindfulness training into the fitness and bodybuilding courses in universities can significantly improve students’ mindfulness level,which is beneficial to the healthy development of students’ mindfulness level.(3)Fitness and bodybuilding sports combined with mindfulness can help students overcome the common problems of beginners,adapt to fitness and bodybuilding training faster and improve the effect of fitness and bodybuilding training. |
