The physical and mental health and physical strength of young people is an important symbol of the country's prosperity and the progress of social civilization. It is an important foundation for the realization of the Chinese nation's great rejuvenation, the"Chinese Dream."The goal that many researchers are currently exploring. Objective:The current intervention effects of high-intensity interval training?HIIT?and continuous aerobic training?CAT?on the body composition and cardiopulmonary fitness of adolescents are still controversial. The research will search and screen relevant literature at home and abroad, and finally include them in compliance with the requirements The literature conducted a meta-analysis to explore the reasons for the difference between the intervention effects of HIIT and CAT on adolescent body composition and cardiopulmonary fitness, and to provide scientific and efficient training methods for adolescents to improve body composition and cardiopulmonary fitness. Methods:The research will use the literature method to search the relevant literature on the different effects of HIIT and CAT on the body composition and cardiopulmonary fitness of adolescents, and screen the literature according to the literature inclusion and exclusion criteria;use mathematical statistics to final inclusion The documents that meet the standards are used for data extraction and analysis, and Revman 5.3.5 software is used for data combination, forest chart and funnel chart drawing, subgroup analysis, and heterogeneity test.Results:?1?By searching relevant domestic and foreign databases to find the documents that meet the inclusion criteria,a total of 14 articles were included, and the 14articles included were evaluated for bias risk quality,of which 3 were low-risk?7-8?,11were moderate risk?4-6?,with an average of 5.71,and the overall publication risk was lower in the included literature.?2?By selecting body weight, body fat rate and body mass index?BMI?as body composition evaluation indicators,a meta-analysis of the intervention effects of HIIT and CAT on body composition of adolescents was conducted. There was no significant difference between HIIT and CAT intervention effects on adolescent body weight and BMI The intervention effect of HIIT on body fat rate is better than that of CAT.The adolescents were divided into two subgroups:healthy adolescents and obese adolescents. The intervention effect of CAT on indicators of body weight, body fat percentage and BMI of healthy adolescents was better than that of HIIT;HIIT had an effect on indicators of body weight, body fat percentage and BMI of obese adolescents The intervention effect is better than CAT.?3?Select the indexes of maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max),systolic blood pressure?SBP?,peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak)and diastolic blood pressure?DBP?as the evaluation indexes of cardiopulmonary fitness, and use HIIT and CAT to adolescent cardiopulmonary fitness intervention The meta-analysis of the effect showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the intervention effects of HIIT and CAT on adolescents VO2max,SBP,VO2peak and DBP,but the overall effect of HIIT on adolescents VO2max,VO2peak and DBP was better than CAT,and CAT on adolescents The total effect size of SBP is better than HIIT.The adolescents were divided into two subgroups:healthy adolescents and obese adolescents.HIIT had better intervention effects on VO2max and DBP in healthy adolescents than CAT,and CAT had better intervention effects on SBP in healthy adolescents; The intervention effect is better than CAT,and the intervention effect of HIIT and CAT on obese adolescents is similar. Conclusion:The study used Meta analysis to explore the effects of HIIT and CAT on the body composition and cardiopulmonary fitness of adolescents. It was found that when adolescents were divided into two subgroups, healthy and obese, the effect of the intervention was different.HIIT has a significant effect on the improvement of adolescents'body composition and cardiorespiratory fitness, and compared with CAT,HIIT can enable adolescents to obtain a stronger sense of joy during exercise and obtain the same training effect in a shorter training time. This study did not finally come up with specific HIIT and CAT programs for adolescent body composition and cardiorespiratory fitness improvement.Subsequent research can explore the effects of different HIIT and CAT programs on adolescent body composition and cardiopulmonary fitness.
