There has been a great change in modern basketball techniques and tactics.The basketball teams no longer limit their goals to offensive techniques,but pay more attention to the most fundamental defensive techniques.Modern basketball defense technology is divided into defense opponent,steal dribble,move and scramble for rebounds,etc..This article will focus on the modern basketball defense technology in the foot movement technology.At present,the research on hip flexibility training is relatively weak at home and abroad,especially the research on the combination of this training with the step moving technique in basketball defense tactics.This paper makes an empirical study on the effect of hip joint flexibility exercise on the defensive footwork ability of college basketball players,this paper analyzes the influence of hip joint flexibility exercise and routine footwork exercise on the defensive footwork ability of college basketball players.In the experiment,20 Wuhan Institute of Physical Education Men’s basketball players were divided into two groups and trained for 12 weeks.One group was the experimental group,during the training period,the training method is hip flexibility training.The other group is the control group,in the training period,the training method is the traditional footwork movement exercise.The experiment is to record the measured data of the same experimental group,experimental group and control group,and compare the results before and after the training cycle,explore and analyze the changes before and after the training.The study found that after 12 weeks of testing,hip flexibility training significantly improved the ability of defensive footwork,routine footwork training improved the other indicators of mobility,but the increase was less than the hip flexibility exercise.The main conclusions reached are as follows:1.Hip joint flexibility exercise is the key condition to reduce the limitation of hip joint.Improving hip joint flexibility can prevent the waist core from losing control and avoid movement deformation.2.Hip flexibility exercise can improve the strength of hip flexion and extension of college basketball players,help to increase the bearing tension of muscles,effectively improve the centripetal strength of hamstrings,strengthen the posterior thigh muscle group and enhance the explosive force of lower limbs.3.Improved hip mobility allows athletes to quickly adjust their body posture during straight sprints,improving acceleration and sprint ability.4.Hip flexibility training can improve the stability of lumbar spine and the synergy of hip,knee and ankle muscle groups of college basketball players,strengthen the coordination of athletes and further optimize various sports abilities.5.Hip joint flexibility exercise can strengthen tendons and ligaments,and enhance the stability of knee joints.On this basis,it lays the foundation for a good movement mode,and can quickly complete the fast and smooth transition between movements,which has a positive impact on improving the ability of defensive foot movement. |
