Research On The Cultivation Path Of Community Sports Organizations From The Perspective Of Public Governance

The cultivation and development of grassroots sports social organizations in the context of a healthy China has attracted increasing attention,and the new pattern of multi subject co governance advocated by public governance theory has become the development direction of grassroots sports governance.With the gradual recognition of public governance concepts in China,community sports organizations have gradually become an important subject of grassroots sports governance.Cultivating community sports organizations can better promote the development of national fitness activities and play a fundamental role in achieving the construction of a sports powerhouse.The study is based on public governance theory and uses structural equation models to explore the influencing factors of community sports organization cultivation.The main research content includes:(1)By reviewing domestic and foreign literature,summarize the main factors that affect the cultivation of community sports organizations,and then construct a theoretical hypothesis model for the influencing factors of the cultivation path of community sports organizations;(2)Taking 35 community sports organizations in Qiaoxi District,Zhangjiakou City as the empirical research object,a comprehensive analysis of their current situation and problems was conducted.Through the design of survey questionnaires,field research,and other methods,AMOS26.0 structural equation model analysis software was used to construct a structural equation model of the constraints on the cultivation path of community sports organizations,and the previously proposed assumptions were verified and analyzed;(3)Based on the model analysis results and the practical difficulties of community sports organizations in Qiaoxi District,Zhangjiakou City,the cultivation path of community sports organizations in this area is proposed.The research results show that there are five main factors that restrict the selection of cultivation paths for community sports organizations,namely: policy guidance,self ability,resident identification,sports service supply and demand,and subject responsibility.Through the analysis of the path coefficient of the measurement model,it was found that in the policy guidance indicators,the government’s reasonable supervision of grassroots sports organizations has the highest impact weight(0.823);In the indicator of residents’ identity,residents with a certain understanding of a certain sport organization have the highest impact weight(0.847);In the supply and demand indicators of sports services,nearby venues that can provide fitness activities have the highest impact weight(0.843);In the main responsibility indicators,community sports organizations have the greatest influence weight(0.783)with certain decision-making power in certain aspects;In terms of their own ability indicators,the current lack of professional guidance on the use of community sports facilities has the highest impact weight(0.816).Based on the above research,starting from the concept of public governance and combining with the current situation of Zhangjiakou community sport organizations,four entry points are proposed for the cultivation path of community sports organizations: transforming government thinking,improving policies and regulations;Clarify the main responsibility and strengthen the internal construction of community sports organizations;Reform the supply and demand mechanism to ensure a balance between sports supply and demand;Enhance residents’ identification with community sports organizations and increase sports promotion.
