Research On The Effect Of The Back Row Attack Of The Top Eight Men’s Volleyball Teams In The Tokyo Olympic Games

In recent years,with the transformation of China from a sports country to a sports power,government departments and all sectors of society have paid significant attention to sports,especially in China’s compulsory education reform,sports performance is an important indicator to examine whether students are comprehensively developed,and middle schools in various places have increased the proportion of physical education middle school examination results in the total score of students’ entrance examinations.The General Office of the State Council promulgated the "Outline for Building a Strong Sports Country",aiming to promote the construction of a strong sports country,give full play to the role of sports in the new journey of building a modern socialist power,in the second part of the main tasks of the development strategy,focus on improving the comprehensive ability of competitive sports,in order to achieve the goal of a strong country in sports,we must comprehensively promote the popularization of football,basketball and volleyball,and strengthen the attention to the Sports Law and national fitness in the newly revised law.Although the public’s attention to sports has increased,there are still deficiencies in the re-employment of retired athletes in the face of competitive sports,and some problems cannot be effectively solved.I am one of the retired basketball players of the Hebei Provincial Physical Engineering Brigade,with personal experience and practical feelings,in order to make Hebei basketball develop in a healthy direction,so that Hebei basketball retired athletes have better job placement,so that they can focus more on training,more active to contribute to competitive sports,it is necessary to analyze and study relevant aspects of the re-employment placement of basketball retired players.This paper uses a variety of research methods,such as document method,questionnaire survey method and logical analysis method,to deeply explore the current situation of the placement of retired basketball players in Hebei Province during the five-year period from 2016 to 2021,and the results show that the main factors affecting their placement include: low cultural literacy,low education,lack of vocational skills,weak social adaptability,no positions that meet the needs,and lack of policy support.In order to solve the above problems,we need to propose solutions from three aspects: first,athletes should improve their understanding of their own career planning,improve their learning ability,further improve their personal comprehensive ability,and enhance their psychological resilience;Second,organizations should increase education,provide guidance on job-seeking skills,conduct employment skills training for retired athletes,and organize career management,so that athletes have a deeper understanding of career planning.In order to ensure the material supply of retired athletes,relevant social departments should increase the amount of one-time compensation and strengthen psychological counseling for retired athletes to improve their psychological quality in the bottleneck period of retirement.In addition,the sports sector and related organizations should optimize the selection mechanism in order to select talents in the high-level echelon.Finally,the state and society should improve and innovate the social security service system for retired athletes,increase relevant jobs,and build the distribution of online employment information of retired athletes through the big data cloud platform.
