A Study On The Placement Of Retired Athletes In Marathon

The problem of employment placement for outstanding athletes after retirement,but also with the construction of excellent sports teams,the development of competitive sports,and even national honor is closely related,This study adopts the method of literature,logic analysis,expert interviews and statistics of four methods,the marathon of retired athletes employment status as a starting point,through to the retired after work study,to affect their employment factors in-depth analysis.Firstly,the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad carried out a specific elaboration;then,the marathon teamof retired athletes as research object,the employment situation was analyzed.Finally,according to the problems found in the survey,the paper puts forward suggestions on the improvement of the employment placement of Marathon retired athletes.Through the research on the employment situation of marathon athletes,to explore the existing problems and the causes of problems in-depth analysis,finally puts forward the problems to the proper handling of the way,hoping to support administrative organs and public attention,to achieve a reasonable flow and effective allocation of sports human resources,to ensure the basic livelihood of athletes,optimize the employment and social environment,the subjective initiative of the greatest degree allowed itself to participate in sports training and competitions to mobilize.
