Research On The Rural Revitalization Of Qingyang Old Revolutionary Base Area Aided By “Red Sports”

At the Party’s 20th National Congress,it was pointed out that the most arduous and onerous task in comprehensively building a modern socialist country still lies in the countryside.Meanwhile,between 2021 and 2022,The State Council has issued the Opinions on Supporting the revitalization and Development of old Revolutionary Base Areas in the New Era and the Key Points for the revitalization and Development of Old Revolutionary Base Areas in 2022,which put forward important opinions on the revitalization and development of old revolutionary base areas in a prominent position and supported the accelerated development of old revolutionary base areas based on red culture.Red sports is the concrete practice of early Party leaders who put forward the idea of "rejuvenating the country through sports" with the ambition of "strengthening species and saving the country".In the long-term practice,excellent red sports culture,noble red sports spirit and firm red sports thoughts have been bred,and rich red sports resources have been left.With continuous inheritance and innovation,it has evolved into the latent power of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Qingyang Revolutionary old Base Area,as the only red revolutionary old base area in Gansu Province,used to be an important part of Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia revolutionary base area.It has a glorious revolutionary history,rich red cultural resources and historical accumulation of carrying out red sports practice.The red culture has a high cultural identity among the local people,and the red gene can be inherited from generation to generation,with unique conditions for development.However,in the great practice of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization,the red sports resources of Qingyang Revolutionary old Base area have not been fully developed and utilized,and the role of helping the rural revitalization still has a great room for development.Based on the above policy background and the actual situation of Qingyang Old Revolutionary Base Area,this paper puts forward the topic of "Research on Red Sports Helping Rural Revitalization of Qingyang Old Revolutionary Base Area",to provide a new perspective and new ideas in line with regional characteristics,to create regional characteristics and to respond to the national call for local efforts to fully realize the goals and tasks of rural revitalization.This is not only referred to by national policies,but also required by the development of The Times.It is also the requirement of The Times to inherit red culture and practice the original mission of the Communist Party of China.It also conforms to the actual conditions of Qingyang Old Revolutionary Base Area.This paper uses the method of literature,interview,field investigation and logical analysis,taking the red sports in Qingyang old revolutionary base area as the research object,starting from the convergence point and correlation factors of red sports and rural revitalization,to find out the theoretical correspondence and value correlation between red sports and rural revitalization strategy,and to lay the theoretical support for the next practical research.Then,a comprehensive search and definition of the policy opportunities and resource advantages of red sports to help the rural revitalization of Qingyang old revolutionary base areas,and combined with field research to clarify the current situation of red sports to help the rural revitalization of Qingyang old revolutionary base areas,a systematic analysis of its influencing factors,on the basis of combining theory with practice,This paper puts forward the path idea of using red sports to help the rural revitalization of Qingyang old revolutionary base areas,and the main research results are as follows:1.Through literature and logical analysis,the paper innovatively puts forward three meeting points that red sports and rural revitalization strategy have the same nature,the same goal,the same object,the same subject,the same theoretical basis and the same strategy;There are five related factors: breeding new industrial opportunities in rural areas,building green ecological living environment in rural areas,promoting spiritual civilization construction of rural residents,helping rural modernization governance,and improving rural residents’ life happiness index.2.Through literature and field visits,the author finds out seven advantages of red sports in helping rural revitalization of Qingyang old revolutionary base area,including policy opportunities,glorious revolutionary history and culture,red sports history accumulation,rich experience in red competitions,rich local characteristic culture,diversified tourism resources and advantaged natural resources.3.Through interviews and field investigations,it is concluded that the existing sports work in Qingyang Old revolutionary Base Area has certain results,but there are also lack of overall planning and classified implementation of the sports industry,and uneven development of school sports.There are five influencing factors,such as lack of comprehensive local sports talents,lack of top-level design of sports competition activities,lack of sustained guarantee of stable and good sports infrastructure,lack of multiple coordination and effective convergence of sports management system.4.Red sports has a certain theoretical fit and value correlation with rural revitalization,which can provide theoretical support,direction guidance and practical guidance for red sports to help rural revitalization in Qingyang old revolutionary base area.The condensation and innovation of this theory can provide theoretical reference for local and even the whole country of old revolutionary base area to carry out red sports to help rural revitalization.5.The unique policy advantages,revolutionary culture advantages,characteristic humanistic and natural resources advantages and basic advantages of red sports in Qingyang Old Revolutionary Base Area can provide political guarantee and policy support for red sports to help Qingyang Old Revolutionary Base Area,as well as the
