| Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to the construction of family,family education and family style,actively promoted the attention of all parties to family education,and advocated that families should attach importance to teaching by words and deeds.In order to implement the spirit of "Family Education Promotion Law" and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speeches on the construction of family education family style,and give full play to the role of family education in social governance,A City Family Education Research Association carries out the "happy Family" family education service project to build A happy family and help happiness education.When carrying out this project,the author vigorously promoted the correct concept of family education through the theme lecture of family education,and provided follow-up services for families with specific problems in the community.He adopted professional case service methods or group activities to help families solve specific needs and restore normal family functions.Among them,the service object xiao zhang is a deviation behavior of children,its deviation behavior embodied in intrinsic negative,closed,self denial and external crying,refused to communication and social interaction,the research found the service object deviation behavior for three aspects: the micro level is the family relationship,medium level is the absence of peer group,the macro level is the lack of community interaction.On the basis of literature research and preliminary research,the author decided to adopt the perspective of comprehensive integration method to integrate and apply the three major social work methods,so as to effectively correct the deviation behavior of the service objects.Therefore,under the guidance of professional social work theories such as ecosystem theory,communication theory and energy enhancement theory,the author organically integrates case work,group work and community work,and starts from the three systems that lead to the deviation behavior of the service objects,to provide more comprehensive and professional services for the service objects.This paper uses observation,interview,and case study methods to collect data and provide services.First of all,intervene in the families of the service object in the form of case talks,use professional skills such as listening,empathy,advice and self-disclosure,establish a trust relationship,help the service object to vent their negative emotions,ease the internal psychological conflicts,and at the same time,correct the wrong communication methods of their parents,and restore the harmonious family atmosphere.Secondly,use the group growth group,parent education group and parent-child interaction group,multi-dimensional intervention to help children explore potential,establish confidence and establish peer group;help parents learn to communicate effectively,establish correct family concept and education concept;promote the effective interaction between children and parents,improve parent-child relationship and promote family harmony.Then,by linking community resources,"weekend class" and theme activities are carried out to establish community interaction,so that the service objects can get positive nourishment in the social interaction,so as to restore the balanced development between people and the system,and effectively correct the deviation behavior.Finally,after evaluation and summary,the effectiveness and precautions of the comprehensive integration method are obtained,and relevant suggestions are put forward based on practical experience. |
