The major problems of childhood are misconduct or disruptive behavior. In today’s society children have some inappropriate behavior is widespread, In most cases, these children’s behaviors can be accepted, But it should take parents’ and the community’s attention when the child’s misconduct trends appear repeatedly or a morbid. However, For rural areas, the relatively backward economic development, and the level of parents’education is lower, Those parents faced with more severe challenges in the education of children, They tend to lack awareness of the role of education, lack attention for children’s development requirements, unable to understand the causes behind child’s deviant behavior. Parents as the first teachers in the process of children’s socialization, the parenting style plays an important role in the healthy growth of children and the formation of personality, and the parenting style also determines the type of parent child relationship, as we all known that good parent-child relationship will play a positive role in children’s psychological and physical development., while also promoting children form good character and habits. Undesirable parent-child relationship is one of the key factors leading to deviant behavior in childhood. At present, the research of parent child relationship in our country is mainly aimed at adolescence, Because the parent-child conflict during adolescence compared to more severe in childhood. However, Childhood parent-child relationship not only affects the healthy development of children, but also further determines the adolescents’ and the adults’ parent-child relationship.This study is about ten children aged 3-12 years with deviant behavior in a village in the northern part of Anhui Province, discussion on the characteristics of the child relationship, the characteristics of family education, Depth analysis of the type child relationship and the factors causing poor child relationship. To further understand the effects of the poor parent-child relationship in rural areas, And explore scientific methods to improve the Undesirable child relationship, The author from the perspective of social work, use three basic methods of social work, such as cases, group, community,to discuss strategies to improve the poor child relationship. In addition, discuss how to improve parent-child communication skills, how to improve family education, and how to reconstruct a good child relationship from the perspective of family social work. This study suggests that improving child relationship is a long and tortuous process, accelerate the development of professional social work in rural areas, improve poor parent-child relations, correct undesirable deviant behavior, it is the inevitable requirement of building a modern new countryside.
