Since the reform and opening up,the Party and the state have gradually strengthened the position of aesthetic education in education.Aesthetic education plays a vital role in edifying the mind,improving aesthetic quality and promoting the development of aesthetic ability.Textbooks carry and spread the mainstream cultural thoughts of the society and are an important platform to display the development of culture.Primary school Chinese textbook is the most critical organic component of basic education,but also an important way to carry on aesthetic enlightenment education.Based on the level of aesthetic education,especially combining aesthetic education with primary school Chinese textbooks,it can help clarify the essence of aesthetic education,grasp the evolution process of aesthetic education content in Chinese textbooks at a deeper level,and provide direct support for the integration and permeable development of the current aesthetic education and Chinese curriculum.Starting from the perspective of Chinese textbooks,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and direct presentation of the aesthetic education elements of five sets of Chinese textbooks selected for people’s education by using qualitative research methods.It can be found that the aesthetic education elements in Chinese textbooks for primary schools have changed slightly since the reform and opening up,and the mainstream ideas focusing on development in each period have changed with the evolution of The Times.On the basis of the detailed analysis of the selected text content and illustrations in textbooks,the paper summarizes the characteristics of The Times and the basic characteristics and influences of the evolution of aesthetic education content,which is conducive to the in-depth expansion of aesthetic education elements in Chinese textbooks and the construction of textbooks with aesthetic orientation.It also helps to enhance students’ aesthetic core quality and promote their all-round development.At present,China is in an important stage of textbook construction and management.How to make full use of the advantages of aesthetic education to build a textbook system with Chinese characteristics is the key point of textbook construction and development.We should make full use of the advantages of aesthetic education and make Chinese textbooks full of aesthetic education spirit.Centering on the development concept of compulsory education curriculum standard,from the aspects of aesthetic education content of Chinese textbooks and students’ physical and mental development,we put forward the following enlightenments: First,we should give full play to the advantages of artistic creation of aesthetic education and enrich the aesthetic elements of Chinese textbooks;The second is to give play to the function of aesthetic education culture and enhance the core quality of students’ aesthetic appreciation;Third,give play to the idea of integrating aesthetic education text and return to the psychological perspective of children’s aesthetic appreciation;Fourthly,we should give full play to the characteristics of aesthetic education and edification,and set up the correct ideological view of textbooks.
