| Encouraging schools and localities to develop geography-related local curricula that allow students to learn about the geography of their lives and to be able to use geography to explain the geographical phenomena of their lives,to achieve the organic combination of theoretical knowledge and practice is the inherent requirements of high school geography curriculum standards.The geography curriculum standard proposes to train the student’s human-earth coordination view,the comprehensive thought,the region cognition and the geography practice ability.Home is the place most familiar to students.By integrating local geography into geography teaching,students can effectively put the core literacy of geography into place.At the same time,it can help enhance students’ enthusiasm in learning,cultivate Students’ national feelings and guide teachers to change their teaching mode.Therefore,in the context of the new curriculum reform,it is particularly important to integrate local geographical resources into high school geography teaching,is the future trend of geography teaching.In order to fully develop and apply the local geography resources,cultivate the students’ geographical core literacy in the high school geography teaching,and enrich the applied research of the local geography resources in the geography teaching,it can be used as a reference for the teaching application of geography teachers and the case study of local geography.This paper is based on constructivist learning theory,learning transfer theory,case-based teaching theory and so on.Taking Hanzhong as an example,to understand the current situation of the application of local geographic resources in geography teaching in Hanzhong through questionnaires,and to propose corresponding strategies in response to the existing problems,on this basis,the author designs the teaching cases with local characteristics by using the local geographical resources of Hanzhong,carries out the teaching practice,and analyzes the practical results.Based on the questionnaire analysis,it is found that the teachers and students in Hanzhong senior high schools do not have enough knowledge of local geographic resources,and there is little practice of using local geographic resources in geography teaching cases There are some problems,such as the limited access to local geographic resources,the ability of organic integration of local geographic resources and geographical core literacy,and the low degree of attention paid to local geographic resources by relevant departments.2 in response to the problems found in the survey,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as scientific distribution of teachers’ workload,promotion of geography teachers’ professional level,strengthening the linkage of regional departments and integrating local geographical resources in the teaching process,to carry out research on the application of local geography resources in geography teaching.3 in order to further improve the application effect of local geographic resources,combining the curriculum objectives of the 2019 China Map Edition Compulsory Volume I and Compulsory Volume II,in this paper,we dig into the local geography resources of Hanzhong that can be used in geography teaching in senior high school,and design two cases of natural geography and human geography to be used in teaching practice. |
