Research purpose:Under the background of quality education teaching reform,numerous educators have been exploring new teaching methods and paths in practice and have made some achievements.As an indispensable part of quality education,the role of physical education is beyond doubt.Under the background of teaching reform,although the teaching methods of physical education have been improved and innovated to a certain extent,at present,the teaching of general courses in physical education institutions is still dominated by traditional teaching methods,which can not fully reflect the main position of students in teaching,and the disadvantages of students’ individual independence and differences can not be better solved,which can not fully meet the needs of students’ physical and mental development.However,as a new teaching method,the multiple feedback teaching method has certain innovation and progressiveness,which can make up for the shortcomings of traditional sports teaching methods to a certain extent.Now we apply the multi-feedback teaching method to the volleyball teaching process,carry out teaching experiments on volleyball items,make the multi-feedback teaching method and the traditional teaching method form a multifaceted comparison,through the design and implementation of teaching experiments,provide reference for the development of volleyball teaching methods,explore the feasibility of the multi-feedback teaching method in the volleyball teaching process,and guide the development of volleyball sports in teaching Draw lessons from and other aspects to further enrich volleyball teaching methods.Research methods:This research adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,paper survey,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.Students from two classes of 2020 sports training major of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education were selected as the experimental objects.20 students in the experimental class and 20 students in the control class carried out an 8-week teaching experiment using the multiple feedback teaching method and the traditional teaching method respectively.By comparing the test results of the two classes in the three test indicators of physical fitness,volleyball technology and learning interest,the experimental results were analyzed quantitatively and directionally,and the advantages and disadvantages of the multiple feedback teaching method and the traditional teaching method were discussed.Research results:(1)After a 12-week teaching experiment,the upper arm swing speed of the students in the experimental class and the control class had a significant difference P.(2)There was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the learning achievement of the four basic techniques after the experiment P;The number of consecutive passes 42.05 is 6.2 more than 38.85 in the control class;In the number of successful serve,2.75 in the experimental class is 0.5 higher than 2.25 in the control class;The number of successful spiking in the experimental class was0.70 more than that in the control class,2.75.In terms of the technical evaluation score,the technical evaluation score of the experimental class is significantly higher than that of the control class.The technical evaluation score of the students in the experimental class(6.44 points)is 0.79 points higher than that of the control class(5.65 points);The students’ passing skill evaluation score(6.48 points)in the experimental class is 0.40 points higher than that in the control class(6.08 points);The score of service skill evaluation of the students in the experimental class(6.53points)was 0.48 points higher than that of the control class(6.05 points),with a very significant difference(P<0.01).(3)After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,through the method of questionnaire survey,it is found that there is a very significant difference in the learning interest of the students in the experimental class before and after the experiment(P<0.01).Research conclusion:(1)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the multi-feedback teaching method has significantly improved the volleyball swing speed,but the improvement in other aspects is not obvious.There is no obvious difference between the two.(2)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the multi-feedback teaching method has significantly improved the students’ technical success rate and technical evaluation.However,from the result,the multi-feedback teaching method has significantly improved the students’ overall technical progress and help.(3)The use of multiple feedback teaching methods is conducive to increasing the attractiveness of volleyball for students,making students more willing to participate in the learning of volleyball,thereby better improving the classroom atmosphere,and achieving the goal of students’ skill progress and lifelong participation in this sport.
