| In the learning of basketball skills, different practice methods have different effects on the learning of basketball skills for the selected action tasks and purposes. In the learning of a variety of different action tasks, the practice forms of group practice and random practice have a unique effect on the maintenance of skills, and the method of random practice is higher than that of group practice for the maintenance effect of skills.Starting from the formation and maintenance effect of basketball skills,we discussed the group exercises and random exercises,so as to help students better master various movement techniques in basketball skills. However, the application of group practice and random practice is more common in college students or students majoring in physical education, while the junior middle school group is less.As the country’s requirements for youth sports skills are getting higher and higher, the mastery of sports skills has become more important, basketball as a popular choice for sports in the middle school entrance examination, because of its wide spread, the proportion of the number of people has a certain advantage,if you can have better learning and training in the first grade, not only can improve the sports performance of the middle school entrance examination, but also help students participate and exercise early inside and outside the school,so that basketball skills have a better maintenance. Therefore, for the maintenance of basketball sports skills, the method of group practice and random practice is adopted for experimental teaching. In this study,40 boys from group practice and random practice, including Wulian Middle School, were selected as the subjects, and discussed the formation and maintenance effect of the application of group practice and random practice in three different basketball skills in basketball teaching, and proposed relevant theoretical significance and reference experience for the application of group practice and random practice. This study has reached the following conclusions:1.Group practice and random practice similarities is the practice for different action task learning on the adjustment, difference is group practice according to the different task, one by one,in a class repeat a action task, random practice in a class take turns to complete different action task,in the specified task link, not continuous complete the same action task. For long-term retention of skills, random exercise is better than group exercise, and the mechanism of action is mainly association interference effect, and the reasons for different formation effect and retention effect are derived for selected tasks, operating procedures, outcome indicators and task difficulty.2.Group practice and random practice have different effects in maintaining basketball skill learning within a certain time range.Group practice and random practice of the first students dribbling and passing skills keep effect conforms to the effect of random practice, namely for the skills of keep random practice higher than the group practice, for shooting skills did not appear corresponding effect,in a certain period of time, keep the effect of shooting skills group practice teaching effect is better than random practice.3.In terms of the formation effect of basketball skills teaching, both group practice and random practice can promote the three different task skills. When a certain skill is pursued in a short period of time, group exercises are mostly adopted. In this paper, for the case of the standard rate, the group practice group practice is better than the random practice, and the number of people who meet the test standard and the technical evaluation is better than the random practice.4.For the maintenance effect of basketball skills teaching,it is suitable for random practice to pursue multiple skills, which is suitable for the maintenance of multiple skills. In this paper, for the standard rate, the selected throwing and dribbling skills have a good maintenance effect, while the throwing skills are not.Only the number of people in the random practice group is better than the group practice in the throwing and dribbling skills. |
