| With the vigorous development of tennis in primary schools,children’s tennis training should seek more scientific and effective training methods.For the campus tennis training should not only be limited to the improvement of technical level,but also should pay attention to the development of physical quality.The requirements of agility quality in modern tennis match are increasing day by day.The children’s stage is the critical period for the development of agility quality.It is particularly important to improve the agility quality by using this period.This paper probes into the influence of special sensitive quality of children’s tennis by SAQ training,and hopes to help research the physical quality training of children’s tennis in our country.In this study,the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,experimental methods,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study the SAQ training on 8-10-year-old children’s tennis sensitive quality.In this study,40 male students in a tennis club class of primary school affiliated to Xi’an Jiaotong University were randomly divided into experimental group(N = 20)and control group(N = 20),the training period was 12 weeks.Selected for the children’s tennis specific sensitive quality of the test indicators,such as t-run Test,six-point run test,cross run,15 s push-ups,hexagon test,repeated cross.After a 12-week intervention,the results showed that:(1)After the experiment,the p value of the six test results in the experimental group was less than 0.05,with significant differences.Among them,the p value was0.00 < 0.01 for the scores of the repeated cross test,the six-corner test and the 15 s burpees,with significant differences.(2)in the control group,the scores of 15 s push-up and repeated cross-over tests were significantly improved(p < 0.05),there were no significant changes in t-run,six-point run,cross-turn run and hexagonal ball test(p > 0.05).(3)after comparing the test indexes between the experimental group and the control group,the P values of the six test scores were all less than 0.05,and there were significant differences.The study concluded the following:(1)After 12 weeks of training,the experimental group showed a significant improvement in the six sensitivity tests before and after the experiment,indicating that the SAQ training method has a significant effect on improving the sensitivity of young tennis players.(2)After 12 weeks of training,the results of the six tests in the control group improved before and after the experiment,but the improvement was relatively small,indicating that conventional sensitivity training methods have improved sensitivity,but the training method is relatively single,resulting in not maximizing the training effect.(3)After 12 weeks of training,the experimental group showed significant improvement in performance compared to the control group in the hexagonal ball test,T-shaped run test,six point run test,cross turn back run test,15 s standing and lying up test,and repeated cross over test.This indicates that the SAQ training method has a greater improvement in tennis specific sensitivity quality compared to conventional sensitive training methods,and the training effect is better. |
