Flexibility quality is one of the core qualities of competitive aerobics special physical ability. At present, the research conclusions on the long-term effects of stretching training on flexibility quality are inconsistent. The research on the short-term effects of stretching training on flexibility quality is less, and the research on the special performance of competitive aerobics flexibility quality of stretching training is lacking.Based on this, this paper takes the influence of static stretching(SS),static+dynamic stretching(SS+DS),static+PNF stretching(SS+PS)on the lower limb flexibility of students majoring in competitive aerobics as the research object, and explores the short-term and long-term effects of SS,SS+DS,SS+PS training on the lower limb static flexibility and dynamic flexibility of students majoring in competitive aerobics. After screening,45 senior high school students majoring in competitive aerobics were randomly divided into three groups. They were trained with SS,SS+DS and SS+PS for 12 weeks, five times a week.In addition to the flexibility quality training, the other training contents, methods, means, loads and other factors in the three training groups remained the same.On the basis of literature review, the static flexibility test index and dynamic flexibility test index were selected by interviewing the experts and coaches of competitive aerobics and questionnaire survey.48 hours before the experiment, after the experimental sample is fully warmed up,conduct the pre experiment test and record the experimental data; The second test was conducted immediately after the first stretch training to explore the short-term training effect of SS,SS+DS,SS+PS training on static flexibility and dynamic flexibility; After 12 weeks of training, the post experiment test shall be conducted after the experimental samples have a full rest for at least 48 hours; The experimental results were recorded into SPSS,and paired sample T test and one-way ANOVA were conducted to explore the short-term and long-term effects of different stretching training on flexibility. The experimental results are as follows:1.SS,SS+DS,SS+PS training can improve the dynamic flexibility and static flexibility of lower limbs in terms of immediate effect and long-term effect.2.In terms of short-term effect, there is no significant difference between the experimental results of each stretching group(P>0.05),and there is no statistical difference compared with that before the experiment(P>0.05).However,in terms of numerical value,SS+DS is the most obvious for the static flexibility and dynamic flexibility of students majoring in competitive aerobics, followed by SS+PS training, and SS training has the smallest improvement range.3.In terms of static flexibility performance in long-term effect,SS+PS training improved the most significantly, followed by SS training, and SS+DS training improved the least.4.In terms of dynamic flexibility performance in the long-term effect,SS+DS training improved the most significantly, followed by SS+PS training, and SS training improved the least.
