Through the experimental study of PNF stretching method in the flexibility training of senior high school aerobics students,the purpose is to combine PNF stretching method with the characteristics of senior high school students' body and mind and aerobics,and to study the effect of PNF stretching method on the flexibility of senior high school aerobics students.In addition,through this study,for teachers and schools,can help Aerobics Special coaches,in the future aerobics training,the use of scientific and reasonable PNF stretching method,make scientific and reasonable training content and plan,cultivate more excellent Aerobics athletes,at the same time,also conducive to improving the school's enrollment rate.For students themselves,scientific and reasonable methods of flexibility training can effectively improve the flexibility of college entrance examination aerobics students at this age,and also test the specific effect of PNF stretching method on the flexibility of shoulder,back,hip and other parts of high school aerobics students.PNF stretching,as a new training method,was initially used in the field of rehabilitation medicine.In recent years,it has been extended to sports training,mainly used to relieve pain and fatigue,improve the coordination,stability and control ability of the body.PNF stretching mostly adopts the form of active resistance retention.With the spread and application of this technology,it is gradually applied in many sports,However,there are few applications in the field of aerobics,so this study takes this as the starting point,through comparing the application effect of PNF stretching method and traditional stretching method in the flexibility of high school aerobics,in order to find a more suitable and effective way to improve the flexibility of Aerobics in the experiment.This study mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to obtain reliable data and make statistical analysis of the data.During the experiment,24 senior two students of Aerobics in Jize No.1 Middle School of Handan city were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group.They were trained in flexibility for 16 weeks respectively.The controlgroup used the traditional stretching method and the experimental group used the PNF stretching method.Before and after the experiment,the students' shoulder,waist,back and hip joints were tested respectively.Before and after the experiment,the students' flexibility was compared.The results show that:(1)In the flexibility training of senior high school aerobics students,PNF stretching method is more effective than traditional stretching method in improving the flexibility of shoulder joint,waist back and hip joint.(2)The application of PNF stretching method in high school aerobics flexible quality training can promote students' interest,attitude and motivation in training,and make students more willing to participate in aerobics training.(3)PNF stretching method is applied in the flexibility training of high school aerobics,so that students can maintain good physical condition for a long time,which not only ensures the training effect,but also promotes the students' special performance.
