| The course of public sports volleyball is an important part of the university sports curriculum construction.Volleyball as a collective net separation antagonism sports highlights the fierce antagonism,rigorous collectivity,comprehensive technology,put forward higher requirements on the students’ technical and tactical ability and physical quality.In college volleyball teaching,as one of the basic physical qualities of students,flexibility is an important physical quality that cannot be neglected.Flexibility deficiency can limit movement skill learning,prevent special technology to improve,in the process of volleyball training should pay attention to the development of students’ flexible quality,should be reasonable training methods,training and improve students’ flexible quality,reduce sports injuries,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students learning,enhance the level of volleyball techniques.Combining with the characteristics of volleyball,this article uses the literature material method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and other research methods,PNF stretching training method was applied to public sports volleyball class in training students’ flexible quality,selection of grade 2018 of 40 students of public sports volleyball class,students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group use PNF stretching training,the control group using conventional stretch training.Through the comparative analysis of the students’ shoulder and hip joint movement angles and volleyball special technical achievements before and after the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)PNF stretching training is more effective than conventional stretching training in improving the flexibility of shoulder joint.PNF stretching training is an alternative plan with theoretical basis and practical basis for the shoulder joint flexibility training of students in public sports volleyball class.(2)PNF stretching training can improve hip joint flexibility to the greatest extent.PNF stretching training is a practical method of hip joint flexibility training for students in public sports volleyball class.(3)PNF stretching training group students volleyball special technical performance is better than the conventional stretching training group,using PNF stretching training is to improve the public sports volleyball class students special technical performance effective auxiliary training method. |
