| Educational practice is a necessary process for the growth of college students majoring in physical education,and an effective way to cultivate their practical ability and teaching experience.Effective physical education practice can help college students make progress in professional practice and career development.Singapore is at the forefront of the development of education in the world.The National Institute in Education(NIE)is the only professional training institution for teacher education in Singapore,and the Institute of Physical Education is one of the departments of NIE.It has been engaged in excellent teacher training for a long time and has established a perfect educational practice system.Therefore,this paper adopts the methods of literature,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics,expert interviews and so on to study the physical education practice in Singapore from the aspects of practice goal setting,practice form,practice process,tutor guidance,practice guarantee and practice evaluation,so as to provide reference for the development of educational practice in China.It is found that the undergraduate education practice of physical education major in Singapore National Institute of Education has the following six characteristics:(1)The goal of education practice is highly operational,which is divided into different stages and implemented in every link of talent training;(2)Pay attention to the continuity and stages of practice time,and create sufficient practice opportunities for interns through continuous and progressive educational practice arrangements;(3)Establish a community of practice with clear responsibilities,with close ties among the participants,and create a good correlation system between educational theory and practice;(4)A win-win practice supervision system,and a practice tutor group is set up to strictly monitor the quality of educational practice;(5)Scientific and reasonable evaluation system of educational practice,focusing on formative evaluation and developing evaluation tools throughout the whole process of educational practice;(6)Pay attention to the cultivation of interns’ reflective ability,pay attention to interns’ personal growth and the systematic integration of course content,structure and management system during school.The beneficial experience of undergraduate education practice of physical education major in Singapore National Institute of Education puts forward the optimization strategies for the education practice system of physical education major in colleges and universities in China:(1)to improve the education practice target system of physical education major interns;(2)reasonably extend the practice time and construct a scientific practice form;(3)The content of educational practice oriented to the all-round development of interns’ abilities;(4)Formulate a reasonable system of division of responsibilities and selection of practice instructors;(5)Strengthen the quality monitoring of physical education practice;(6)Establish rigorous,standardized and multi-participation evaluation criteria for physical education practice;(7)Implementing the "Trinity" cooperative training mechanism of physical education practice;(8)Establish a practical and integrated concept of teacher education curriculum organization. |
