| In order to better play the public service function of large stadiums and gymnasiums,and promote the opening of large stadiums and gymnasiums free of charge and with low fees,As early as January 2014,the General Administration of Sport of the People’s Republic of China issued the Notice on Promoting the free and low charge Opening of large stadiums to promote the free and low charge opening of large stadiums belonging to the sports department.In this way,we can improve the operation and management ability of large stadiums and gymnasiums and the level of public services to meet the growing demands of the people for sports and fitness.In this paper,customer satisfaction of large sports venues in Wuhan,which enjoy free and low fees from state subsidies in 2021,is taken as the research object.The customer satisfaction index system of free and low fee opening of large sports stadiums in Wuhan was constructed.AHP was used to issue questionnaires to experts system.Through empirical analysis and research on the customer satisfaction of free and low fee opening of large sports stadiums in Wuhan,This paper analyzes the current situation of free and low fee opening of large sports venues in Wuhan and the shortcomings in the process of free and low fee opening,and puts forward targeted improvement strategies and measures.The research on the customer satisfaction of the free and low fee opening of large sports stadiums in Wuhan found that the overall customer satisfaction of the free and low fee opening of large sports stadiums in Wuhan was at a high level,most of the indicators were satisfactory,but the fuzzy comprehensive score of the perception of service quality of the first index was much lower than other indicators below the pass line.Venue management and service personnel should pay attention to timely adjustment.Based on the actual situation and investigation of the venues,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions on improving customer satisfaction of free and low charge opening of large sports venues in Wuhan:1)Improve the service quality of venues and cultivate service awareness;2)Improve the system to pay attention to training and establish a satisfaction evaluation mechanism;3)Strengthen the publicity of venues and actively build a good image;4)Take the initiative to understand customers’ demands and listen to customers’ comments and suggestions. |
