| Educational equipment is the material basis of educational reform and development,which is the essential condition for realizing the standardization of school-running conditions and comprehensively improving the quality in education and teaching.Educational equipment was initially known as the "teaching aids",which mainly referred to the blackboard,chalk and so on.With the continuous improvement of education level in China,its connotation has been constantly improved.So far,it not only includes the computers,projectors,sport equipment,books,teaching furniture,experimental instruments,but also includes the construction facilities,network environment,teaching resources,canteen,dormitory and many other contents to assist education and teaching work.As we can see,the educational equipment has become one of the important parts in education industry.According to the estimation and predication of China Educational Equipment Industry Association,the national demands for educational equipment had reached to 300 billion yuan in 2020,with more than 10,000 enterprises related to this industry.In recent years,the government departments in S city attach great importance to the development of basic education,and they always adhere to the concept of educational modernization,so they gradually increase investments in the field of education every year.In2021,the total investment of S city in educational equipment exceeded 690 million yuan,which is more than 6 times of the total investment of 110 million yuan in 2015,showing an obvious growth rate.Consequently,these investments constantly consolidate the foundation of educational modernization and development in S city.In the actual work of the municipal education system,the focus is given on primary and middle schools at the stage of compulsory education.There are not many disciplines in primary schools,and the level of intellectual as well as behavioral development among students is still not mature.In addition,the corresponding categories of educational equipment are few,and the overall equipment is not representative.However,since the stage of middle school,the disciplines have been very rich,and the corresponding educational equipment system is also very perfect.When comparing with the high school,middle school has less pressure in entrance,so they use the educational equipment more frequently.Therefore,this thesis takes S city as an example,selecting the middle schools in S city as the research objects,and then studying the satisfaction and influencing factors of educational equipment in S city from two levels,that is,its direct users of teachers and students.This thesis aims to find out some important factors influencing the educational equipment use through research,so as to promote its application.This thesis will adopt literature research,key interview,questionnaire survey,comprehensive evaluation and model analysis to study the satisfaction degree and influencing factors of using educational equipment in middle schools of S city.Chapter one explains the background and significance about the researches on satisfaction of educational equipment use,and then sorting out the research status at home and abroad,also clarifying the research contents and methods of the satisfaction of educational equipment use,and analyzing the possible innovations as well as deficiencies.Through consulting experts and reading research literature,it can be found that "purchasing but not using" educational equipment has become a difficult problem for educational management departments.Chapter two defines the concept and clarifies some relevant theories.The related concepts of educational equipment,satisfaction degree and the satisfaction of educational equipment use are also defined.Clarifying some theories that are related to satisfaction psychology,CCSI model,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and structural equation model.Chapter three carries on the model construction and scheme design.Through constructing the indicator system of satisfaction degree in using educational equipment among middle schools in S city,then putting forward the research hypothesis and establishing the indicator model of satisfaction degree in using educational equipment among middle schools in S city.After designing questionnaire,the stratified sampling method is used to carry out the detailed survey.At the same time,the collected data are processed and tested.Chapter 4 evaluates and analyzes the satisfaction degree in using educational equipment among middle schools in S city.It analyzes the basic characteristics of educational equipment users from two aspects of teachers and students,so as to understand the basic situation of educational equipment users.Referring to the basic characteristics of educational equipment users,we can see that the using level of educational equipment among middle schools in S city has been greatly improved.Middle school is no longer the simple and boring learning,but through educational equipment to make subject teaching more vivid,rather than the traditional "teaching and learning".Through a large number of practical operations to help children master knowledge,and letting them increase their knowledge and improve their quality in the actual processes,which is exactly the significant change brought about to educational teaching through the educational equipment use.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on group principal component analysis comprehensively evaluates the satisfaction degree of teachers and students in using educational equipment.Through the results obtained from fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it can be seen that two evaluation results are in the satisfactory stage,indicating that the educational equipment use among middle schools in S city has achieved some results in recent years,but it still needs to be further strengthened.Chapter 5 analyzes some factors that influence the satisfaction degree in using educational equipment among middle schools in S city.Based on the structural equation model,exploring the factors that influence the satisfaction degree in using educational equipment among middle schools in S city from the two levels of teachers and students.Through the analyzing of structural equation model,the product service,product quality,use efficiency,use status and operability all have positive effects on the satisfaction degree in using educational equipment among middle schools in S city.Chapter 6 is about the conclusions and suggestions.Summarizing the results of empirical analysis and forming the conclusion.On the basis of conclusions,this thesis puts forward four suggestions,that is,“strengthening the training in using educational equipment,strengthening the operating attribute of educational equipment”,“improving the level of managing educational equipment procurement,improving the quality of educational equipment products”,“improving the situation of using educational equipment,enhancing the use efficiency of educational equipment” and “improving the service quality of educational equipment,continuously ensuring education and teaching activities stable and orderly”.This study enriches the theoretical researches and practices about satisfaction of educational equipment use in middle schools.At the same time,it broadens the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and structural equation model,thus providing a reference for constructing professional researches that are related to the satisfaction of educational equipment use in the future.Moreover,it is also beneficial to analyze the main factors that influence the satisfaction of educational equipment use.According to influencing factors about the satisfaction of educational equipment use in S city,reasonable suggestions for the management and users of educational equipment have been provided,which are effective in improving the application and satisfaction of educational equipment use,so that better promoting the high-quality development of education. |
