Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In Handan City

New professional farmers represent the development direction of farmers in the future.Providing superior talent guarantee for rural modernization development.They play a positive role in improving the level of agricultural production and are conducive to the development of agricultural production in China.However,there are still some problems in the cultivation of new professional farmers,which hinder the development of new professional farmers.Therefore,through the research of this thesis,the problems in the cultivation of new professional farmers are analyzed,which will help to promote the development of the cultivation of new professional farmers.This thesis studies the cultivation of new professional farmers in Handan.Firstly,it discusses the concept of professional farmers,farmer education and Schultz human capital theory,Maslow ’s demand theory,labor mobility theory.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey and field interview,this thesis studies the current situation of government work,cultivation development,and cultivation process in the cultivation of new professional farmers in Handan,and analyzes the typical cases with certain cultivation results to obtain the causes of the problems.Through the research,it is found that there are some problems in the development of new vocational farmers in Handan,which are mainly reflected in the low pertinence of cultivation work,Insufficient power of government departments,lack of professional talents and other related configuration,imperfect assessment mechanism and untimely service follow-up.The reasons for these problems are not only the main factors of farmers themselves,but also the backward development of rural vocational education,low information publicity ability and difficult implementation of policies.Objective factors such as the development of industrial structure.Therefore,this thesis proposes a targeted strategies It is necessary to improve the pertinence of cultivation work,give full play to the guiding role of the government,attach importance to the construction of talent team,establishing perfect assessment mechanism and establish agricultural technology promotion service stations.
