| With the development of the economy and society,the country has comprehensively promoted the rural revitalization strategy,continuously innovated the rural grassroots governance system,strengthened the participation in grassroots governance,and introduced social forces to participate in rural construction.Therefore,the government enters rural areas by purchasing social work services and carrying out various activities to enrich the cultural life of villagers,promote their participation,and help disadvantaged groups restore social functions.Governments at all levels in Sanya City promote social work to rural development and achieve coverage of rural social work services in five districts.However,in the current development process of rural social work in Sanya City,there are phenomena such as weak professionalism of social workers and insufficient supervision and support,which are not conducive to the development of rural social workers.Therefore,the author hopes to understand the current practical status of rural social worker supervision through research and analysis,and propose paths to improve rural social work supervision,in order to promote the development of rural social work.In order to explore the current situation of rural social work supervision,the author conducted interviews with 20 rural social workers and 8 supervisors from 5districts in Sanya City.By conducting interviews to understand the current practice status of rural social work supervision,and combining the theory of empowerment with the needs of social workers,this paper analyzes the problems of rural social work supervision from four aspects: personal growth,interpersonal interaction,resource integration,and relevant policies.Based on the author’s supervision experience,this paper proposes improvement paths to achieve effective empowerment of rural social workers,enhance support for rural social workers,and promote their growth,Improve service effectiveness and assist in rural revitalization. |
