Research On The Measurement Of The Collaborative Development Level Of Sports Industry In Jiaodong Economic Circle And Its Improvement Strategy

With the proposal of national strategies such as healthy China and sports power,the development situation of China’s sports industry has continued to improve,and it has entered a period of important development opportunities.At present,China’s sports industry has great development potential,and the scale of the industry will be further expanded in the future,showing strong development momentum and becoming a new economic growth point.In recent years,China’s economic development has entered a new normal,and regional integration has become a strategic choice for the development of various places.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to deeply implement the regional coordinated development strategy and build a regional economic layout with complementary advantages and high-quality development.Jiaodong Economic Circle is the strongest sports industry foundation and the most open region in Shandong Province,under the trend of regional integration development,the integrated development of Jiaodong Economic Circle will create a new situation for the coordinated development of the sports industry,and the coordinated development of the sports industry will also promote the integrated development of the Jiaodong Economic Circle to achieve practical results.Under the guidance of synergy theory,symbiotic economic theory and regional economic theory,this study takes the sports industry of Jiaodong Economic Circle as the research object,first introduces the current situation of sports industry development in Jiaodong Economic Circle,and summarizes the achievements and problems of the coordinated development of sports industry in Jiaodong Economic Circle.Secondly,based on the composite system synergy model,the evaluation index system of the sports industry composite system of the Jiaodong Economic Circle was constructed from four aspects: economic foundation,industrial scale,industrial resources and industrial environment,and the order degree and composite system coordination of the sports industry subsystem of the Jiaodong Economic Circle were calculated.After that,the panel data of the five cities of Jiaodong from 2011 to 2020 were collated,the orderly degree of the sports industry was taken as the explanatory variable,and the factors such as urbanization level,opening up level,industrial structure,industrial agglomeration level,scientific and technological innovation level,government support and transportation infrastructure that may affect the coordinated development of the industry were taken as explanatory variables,and the fixed-effect model was selected for analysis.Finally,according to the model analysis results,the countermeasures for the coordinated development of sports industry in Jiaodong Economic Circle are proposed.The main findings are as follows:Firstly,the sports industry in Jiaodong economic Circle has a solid foundation,the industrial agglomeration degree is relatively high in the province,and the development momentum is strong.Certain achievements have been made in the aspects of policy coordination,mechanism coordination and event coordination.However,there are still some problems in the process of coordinated development,such as the overall imbalance of coordination,the lack of innovation coordination,and the lag of opening coordination.Secondly,there is a small gap in the degree of order of sports industry subsystem in Jiaodong economic circle,which is in a steady growth state,and the development of sports industry system is good.Since 2012,the degree of synergy of sports industry complex system in Jiaodong Economic Circle has been in a low degree of synergy.From 2017 to now,the sports industry complex system in Jiaodong Economic Circle has entered a basic state of synergy and improved year by year.Thirdly,the fixed effect model is used for empirical analysis,and the results show that the level of urbanization,the level of opening to the outside world,the level of industrial agglomeration,the level of scientific and technological innovation,the level of government support,transportation infrastructure and other influencing factors have a significant impact on the coordinated development of sports industry in Jiaodong economic Circle.Fourthly,countermeasures for coordinated development of sports industry in Jiaodong Economic Circle:(1)Based on the new development pattern,expand the level of opening up of sports industry;(2)Constructing a pattern of coordinated development of sports industry with Qingdao as the core and multi-subject interaction;(3)Create a sound innovation ecology and empower the sports industry with science and technology;(4)Improve the top-level design of policies and increase government support;(5)Promote the construction of transportation network and realize the connectivity of Jiaodong Economic Circle.
