Research On The Education Of College Students’ Concept Of Labor In The New Era

The new era provides a broader stage for college students to showcase their talents,and also endows them with new era responsibilities and expectations.College students are the main force of young talents,and whether they have the correct labor concept not only affects their own life,labor attitude,and whether they will actively participate in labor activities,but also has a significant impact on achieving the second centenary goal.In recent years,with the rapid development and transformation of society,there have been some negative concepts and ideas such as money worship and hedonism.These ideas and ideas have rapidly spread among college students through various media,leading to a series of problems in some college students’ labor values,such as emphasizing utilitarianism,being picky about the light and being afraid of the heavy,and liking leisure over work.This not only affects the labor,employment,and entrepreneurial views of college students,but also breeds a series of social problems,and brings huge challenges to the education of labor views for college students.This requires educating college students to form a scientific labor concept,helping them cultivate a sense of mission and responsibility,which is very important for their growth and development.Therefore,from a practical perspective,analyzing the current situation of labor education among college students and exploring ways and means to improve it is not only an inevitable requirement for ideological and political work in universities,but also an inevitable way to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and comprehensively build a socialist modernized and strong country.Research and elaborate on the theories and principles of labor education for college students in the new era.In terms of theoretical tracing,based on the analysis of the concepts of labor,labor concept,and labor concept education,the connotation of labor concept education for college students is explained;Study the classical Marxist writers,excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the education thought of the CPC people’s labor concept,and lay a foundation for subsequent research;Starting from the establishment of socialist core values,the implementation of moral education in universities,and the promotion of comprehensive development of college students themselves,this study explores the contemporary significance of carrying out labor education for college students.In terms of principle content,starting from the principles of unifying student subjectivity and teacher leadership,combining theoretical education with practical education,and integrating historical inheritance with innovation of the times,a new era of labor concept education content that includes the concept of labor development,values,responsibility,and practice has been proposed.Based on the basic national conditions and historical background,conduct empirical analysis on the current status of labor education for college students.Using a questionnaire survey method,this study investigates and analyzes the current situation of labor education among college students,and explores the reasons for its emergence.The results indicate that the overall situation of labor concept education among Chinese university students is good,but there are still problems such as a lack of a good educational environment and atmosphere,insufficient methods and content of labor concept education,and insufficient practicality of labor concept education.Based on these problems,the reasons for the complex educational environment,insufficient existing educational conditions,and incomplete practical platforms of labor concept education are analyzed.Based on the conclusions drawn from the questionnaire survey,a path exploration is conducted to address the existing problems,exploring the specific implementation path of labor concept education for college students in the new era from three aspects: forming an educational environment and cultural atmosphere that advocates labor,playing the main role of classroom teaching in universities,and carrying out various forms of labor concept practical education.
