General office of the central committee of the communist party of China,the General Office of the State Council in July 2021 "on further reduce the compulsory education stage students homework burden and the burden of external training opinion",which specified to improve the school after-school service work,sports delay service as an important part of after-school service,the quality of the quality also determines the development of school sports work level.In 2022,the Teacher Sharing Center of Sichuan Tian Fu New District will integrate the educational resources of the whole district,cooperate with schools at all levels in the new district,and carry out order-type and personalized sports delay services,which has a strong demonstration and leading role.Therefore,this study studies the evaluation of delayed sports service quality in the teacher sharing center of Sichuan Tian Fu New District,so as to find the problems existing in delayed sports service in Sichuan Tian Fu New District,and put forward targeted countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of delayed sports service.First of all,this paper uses the literature method to understand the research status of sports delay service and education evaluation,study its relevant policies and look for the theoretical basis,so as to lay a foundation for the paper writing.Secondly,the Delphi method was adopted to construct its quality evaluation system.Finally,the questionnaire survey method was adopted to issue questionnaires to some primary and secondary schools with the delayed sports service jointly carried out by the Teacher Sharing Center of Tian FU New District,Sichuan Province,to understand the development of the delayed sports service quality.The study results are as follows:(1)study related literature and previous research results,combined with field interviews,according to the CIPP evaluation theory model,and adopts the delphi method,after two rounds of expert screening,preliminary construction of Sichuan tianfu new district teachers sharing center sports delay service quality evaluation system,including four level indicators,15 secondary indicators,34 tertiary indicators,using the evaluation system of Sichuan tianfu new district teachers sharing center sports delay service quality evaluation,found the existing problems.(2)Current situation of delayed sports service in Tianfu Teacher Sharing Center of Sichuan New District: In terms of environment: most schools have no rules and regulations of delayed sports service,Sports delay service belongs to the disorderly development,Its scientificity needs to be improved;In terms of resource input: In Sichuan Tianfu New Area,the sports delayed service site and the investment in funds can meet the delayed sports service development,However,the type and quantity of sports equipment cannot meet the development of sports delay service,To some extent,it restricts the operation of sports delay service;In terms of service implementation: the sports delay service project has limitations and a single mode,The centralization and simplicity of the special sports skills of physical education teachers in the new area,Restricting the diversification of sports delay service items;In terms of the service effect: the sports delay service effect is not clear,Parents express their views on the effect of sports delay service;In terms of service evaluation: the subjects of sports delay service lack of strong evaluation consciousness,Ignoring the importance of the evaluation,Lack of the effective application of the evaluation results.(3)In view of the delayed sports service quality problem of Sichuan Tian Fu New District Teacher Sharing Center,The following suggestions are put forward in the environment:establish sound rules and regulations,Improve supervision,Trinity to create a new model of school sports work,Implement a regular supervision mechanism;In terms of resource input:integrating the resources of the new area,Improve the utilization rate of sports facilities and strengthen the scientific allocation of teachers,Promote the diversification of teachers;In terms of implementation: select the content of sports activities,Set up the amount of exercise reasonably;In terms of service effect: fully explore the sports delay service function,Improve the service effect;In terms of service evaluation: to improve the awareness of multi-subject sports delayed service evaluation,Promote the scientific application of the evaluation results,To promote reform and education by evaluation,In order to run the people satisfied with the people’s livelihood education.
