Research On Project Management Quality Evaluation Of Family Integrated Service Center In Guangzhou

The project management of family integrated service center uses management theory, methods and techniques, through the functions of planning, organization, coordination and control, to optimize the allocation of resources and provide professional services for the service object. The evaluation of project management quality can standardize the specific behavior of project management and improve project efficiency. At the same time, the evaluation results also can be used as an effective basis for the implementation of incentive measures and correcting the management drawbacks. However, the work of the project management quality evaluation of family integrated service center has not kept pace with its development. There is lack of research in social work project management quality evaluation in our country. And only financial management, human resource management and communication management are considered, the content of other aspects of project management is not related to the project management evaluation of family integrated service center in Guangzhou city.This paper takes the project management quality evaluation of family integrated service center as the research object, tries to make the concept of modern quality evaluation and the method of processing transformation used in the project management of family integrated service center, and on a large amount of literature, describes the concept of project management quality evaluation of family integrated service center. According to the characteristics of project management of family integrated service center, it establishes the evaluation index system from three dimensions of management quality, service quality and operation. Then it uses mathematical research——multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in project management quality evaluation of family integrated service center. It constructs judgment matrix though the Delphi method, and uses AHP to determine weights. Finally, it carries out multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the project management quality of a family integrated service center in Guangzhou, through the analysis of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results, we can can deeply understand the problem of the project management, and it provides a basis for the improvement of its services and management.This research attempts to explore the project management quality evaluation of family integrated service center and contribute to improving theoretical study in the project management of family integrated service center in our country.
