| Acting games are children’s spontaneous and active activities.By combing the literature and combining with practice,it is found that two common phenomena are easy to appear in performance games: teacher-controlled games and children’s blind games. The former weakens children’s main position in the game, which is manifested in teachers deciding the theme, teachers rehearsing children, teachers pursuing performance value and ignoring game value, etc. While the latter is difficult to play the value of performance games to children’s development, its specific performance of purposeless games and disorderly games, etc.Based on the concept of "active learning",High/Scope puts forward that "without planned activities, children usually have two kinds of behaviors, namely aimless behavior and teacher’s compulsory activities. This is consistent with the two common phenomena in performance games, and also has profound reference significance for researchers to think about how to support children’s active participation in practice. In addition, the "guide" proposed that teachers should "encourage and guide children to learn to do simple planning and recording";The Outline stresses that teachers should "provide opportunities for free activities and support children to choose and plan activities independently." Therefore,it is necessary and valuable to support children to make plans in performance games and to study them. Therefore, this study takes the active learning concept of High/Scope curriculum as the main theoretical basis and performance games as the carrier to carry out action research supporting children to make plans.Questionnaire method and interview method are mainly used to understand the general status quo of the current child plan.Combined with observation method,it is further analyzed that the existing problems of the child plan in the performance game of J Kindergarten include: the child plan is useless, the child lacks the opportunity of autonomy, the child planning ability is weak, and the teacher’s support behavior is less. The reasons include children’s less relevant experience, teachers’ insufficient understanding of the plan, teaching arrangement without a plan, and teachers’ support ability to be improved. To solve existing problems, follow the path of "plan-action-review-re-action" to conceive and generate action plans. The implementation is divided into three rounds, each round of action research has its own action goal and basis, and gradually supports children to make plans in the performance game. The first round of action research is the stage of rich experience. Its goal is to enrich the cognitive experience of teachers and children in the early childhood plan.Oral plan is the main stage, and in various activities, teachers take the lead to help children perceive the plan, get familiar with the content of the plan, develop the habit of planning and form the consciousness of planning. The second round of action research is to explore multiple stages, mainly with written plans.Teachers guide children to make plans in various representational forms in each link of the performance game,so as to express their willingness to play, carry out the game and promote the game. The third round is the integration and promotion stage, which aims to integrate the existing experience.Teachers step down and support children to carry out cooperation plans. Each stage of action is not only based on the previous stage, but also the adjustment and improvement of the previous stage of action.By summarizing actions, this study proposes eight strategies for supporting planning in performance play,Including stimulating interest in early childhood programs through problem situations,To enhance the experience of the child plan by various activities,to set links to ensure the opportunity of the child plan,to explore and improve the content of the child plan together,to enrich the form of the child plan with the theme of the game,to pay attention to the implementation of the child plan with the Angle of abdication,to allow trial and error to support the adjustment of the child plan,to share the review of the child plan. |
