The sense of responsibility is an important part of children’s social quality and an important content of early childhood education.As the first collective environment for children to leave home,kindergarten has a profound influence on children’s social quality,especially on the improvement and cultivation of responsibility.At present,the activities of students on duty are generally carried out by most kindergarten classes.It is of great significance to study its influence on children’s sense of responsibility,so as to provide academic basis for improving activities of students on duty and better cultivating children’s sense of responsibility.The current investigation shows that the main problems of kindergarten students’ activities are: teachers generally agree on the significance of the activities,but their effectiveness needs to be refined;The activities of students on duty are carried out more frequently,but parents’ awareness needs to be improved.Children on duty have equal opportunities to participate in activities,but their democracy is insufficient.The guidance method of duty students’ activities is relatively simple and systematic,which leads to the implementation effect of duty students’ activities is not obvious.The investigation of children’s sense of responsibility in middle class shows that the development of six kinds of children’s sense of responsibility is not balanced,and their development levels are different.The individual difference of self-responsibility and commitment responsibility is small,the individual difference of collective responsibility and negligence responsibility is large.Therefore,the level of responsibility of middle class children needs to be further improved from the whole.When the activities of students on duty are further directed towards the responsibility of middle class children,it is found that teachers and parents believe that the activities of students on duty can improve the level of responsibility of children in some dimensions to varying degrees.Based on this,the researcher took H Garden and J Garden in Chengdu as the practice base and selected three middle classes of the two kindergartens as the research objects.The pre-test results of children’s responsibility level in the three classes showed no significant difference.Therefore,middle class in one park was randomly selected as the experimental group and another class in the same park as the control group 1.In order to avoid the mutual influence within the same park,middle class from another park was selected as control group 2.According to the six stages of moral internalization proposed by Professor Yan Guocai(orientation stage,cognition stage,evaluation stage,obedience stage,identification stage and conscience stage),the content,division of labor,form and evaluation mode of the original duty students’ activities in the experimental group were improved through three rounds of actions lasting 9 weeks.The results show that the duty student activity can effectively improve the level of responsibility of middle class children.In addition to commitment responsibility,multiple dimensions of responsibility of middle class children develop together,positive influence,and their responsible behavior increased and tended to be stable.In order to improve the responsibility level of middle class children,four points should be paid attention to in the organization and implementation of the activities of duty students:pay attention to the value of duty students activities in improving children’s sense of responsibility;Pay attention to children’s responsible behavior in the activities of students on duty;Play the main role of teachers in promoting children’s sense of responsibility;Strive for the support role of parents in promoting children’s sense of responsibility.
