| Approach-to-learning is a valuable quality necessary for children’s lifelong learning and development,and it is a positive attitude and good tendency shown by children in the process of activities,which is very important for children’s physical and mental health development.Kindergarten children are in the critical stage of early childhood transition,and the cultivation of learning quality has a great impact on their smooth transition to primary school learning,and the role of good quality formed at this stage in children’s future learning and development cannot be underestimated.Play is the nature of young children,especially in the context of the "A Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6","Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)" and other documents advocating play as the basic activities,all kinds of games in kindergarten have attracted much attention,and performance games are one of the means to promote children’s concentration,imagination and creativity.Based on this,this study aims to explore how performance games promote the development of learning quality of kindergarten children,and what effect performance games have on the learning quality of kindergarten children.This study adopted the paradigm of action research,comprehensively used the literature method,observation method and measurement method,and took performance games as the implementation carrier,and selected 32 children from the K class of a kindergarten directly under the jurisdiction of Chengdu,Sichuan Province,including 16 boys and 16 girls,to carry out a three-month performance game to explore the use of performance games to promote the learning quality of kindergarten children.In the early stage of the action,long-term observation was carried out for the children of the big K class,and according to Professor Feng Xiaoxia’s "Early Childhood Learning Quality Observation and Evaluation Form",the learning quality of the children in the class was pre-tested,and after three rounds of performance games,the children were then post-tested.After three months of action research,the effectiveness of performance games in promoting the learning quality of kindergarten children was verified,and after three months of action research,the following conclusions were reached: First,the learning quality of kindergarten children in performance games was at the middle and upper level,and the learning quality performance was unbalanced.Second,there was no significant gender difference in the learning quality of kindergarten children in performance games,but there were slight differences.Third,only by truly achieving a performance game that takes children as the main body and respects children’s right to choose and decide can promote the development of the learning quality of kindergarten children.Fourth,a variety of teaching methods and interesting games are in line with the age characteristics of children,which can promote children to show more positive learning quality.Fifth,children’s own life experience and knowledge experience are the basis for improving children’s learning quality.Finally,by analyzing the research results and the problems in the process,several suggestions are put forward: improve teachers’ awareness of learning quality,and pay attention to professional qualities in performance games;Ensure that young children have sufficient time and space to participate in performance games;Reduce invalid questions and focus on clarity and specificity of requirements;use of diverse teaching methods;Performance games follow the principle of early childhood subjectivity. |
