Assigning homework is not only an important part of Chinese teaching in primary schools,but also integrated into the whole process of teaching.Homework is not only a simple after-school training,but also plays an important role before,during and after teaching.For students,effective Chinese homework design not only helps students preview new knowledge,consolidate old knowledge,review old knowledge,but also helps students cultivate good study habits,cultivate interest in learning and improve their learning ability.Chinese homework is integrated into the whole process of teaching;For teachers,designing effective Chinese homework can improve the quality of homework,teaching effect and classroom efficiency,and help teachers to understand students’ mastery of knowledge,reflect on the gains and losses of teaching activities,check for missing parts,improve teaching level,promote teachers’ professional development and improve their professional ability.Under the background of "double reduction" policy,the requirements of "reducing the burden,improving the quality and increasing the efficiency" are clearly put forward for homework design,which emphasizes reducing students’ homework burden and reducing students’ homework.The system design conforms to students’ age characteristics,learning rules and embodies the basic homework oriented by quality education,encourages the arrangement of layered,flexible and personalized homework,resolutely overcomes mechanical and ineffective homework,and resolutely resists repetitive and punitive homework.Reducing quantity without reducing quality,to achieve the effect of less homework and good teaching quality,the arrangement of Chinese homework should be more scientific and reasonable,and it is particularly important for teachers to design homework and improve efficiency.For a long time,the focus of teachers’ work has been mostly on teaching design and class management,while the design of extracurricular homework has been neglected.Most of them are "taking homework",that is,supporting exercise books and some basic homework such as copying and dictation.This kind of homework is simple,and students can master new knowledge and consolidate old knowledge quickly,but the type of homework is single and boring,and students are not interested.How to design extracurricular homework with small quantity and high quality,short time and high efficiency,and students are willing to do is the first and necessary problem for teachers in the process of homework design.In order to understand the current situation of Chinese homework design for middle and senior grades in primary schools under the background of "double reduction" and solve the problems existing in Chinese homework design for primary schools,this study discusses their guiding significance for Chinese homework design for middle and senior grades in primary schools from different angles with the background of"double reduction"policy and the theoretical basis of Chinese curriculum standards.By referring to other people’s research and combining with the actual needs of research,this paper makes a questionnaire survey on the middle and senior primary school students in Chengdu from the aspects of the number,completion time,difficulty,source,type,attitude and understanding of the"double reduction"policy,and combines with in-depth interviews with first-line Chinese teachers to deeply understand the current situation of Chinese homework design for middle and senior primary schools in Chengdu and analyze the implementation of the"double reduction"policy in this primary school.Based on the survey results,this paper sorts out the problems existing in the design of Chinese homework in primary schools and analyzes the causes of the problems.Combined with the excellent cases of homework design of front-line teachers,it designs closed-loop homework cases and puts forward specific operational optimization strategies.
