The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)puts forward that "adhere to the emphasis on ability,optimize the knowledge structure,enrich social practice,strengthen ability training,and focus on improving students’ learning ability,practical ability and innovation ability." "After the promulgation of the "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Cultivating Virtue and Cultivating People" in 2014,research on core literacy has become a hot spot in research from all walks of life.At present,"double reduction" is blooming everywhere,how to promote the all-round development of students under the condition of "double reduction",the cultivation of students’ learning ability is more important.Mathematics is one of the most important subjects to cultivate students’ core literacy,and mathematics learning in primary school has basic and key characteristics,and improving primary school students’ mathematics learning ability can make mathematics learning efficient,easy and enjoyable.At the same time,cultivating students’ mathematical learning ability in primary school is the implementation of core literacy in mathematics subjects in primary school.Based on the connotation of mathematics learning ability,the structural elements of mathematics learning ability,and other related research results,teachers and students from grades 3 to 6 in two primary schools in Chengdu were selected as survey objects,and questionnaires,interviews,and classroom observations were used to investigate the development status of mathematics learning ability of students in grades 3 to 6,so as to understand teachers’ cognition of mathematics learning ability,understanding of teaching and learning,teaching methods,The rigor of students is a factor that affects their development of mathematical learning.Through the survey,it was found that the main ones with good development of mathematics learning ability in middle and upper primary schools were hands-on practical ability,mathematics learning habits,cooperation and communication ability,willpower,etc.The mathematics learning ability of primary school middle and upper school students needs to pay attention to strengthening the cultivation of interest in mathematics learning,the formation of inspection habits,critical awareness,the exercise of mathematical thinking,the sense of innovation,the mastery of mathematical learning methods,and the management of self-time.Through the analysis of relevant software,combined with teachers’ classroom teaching performance and teaching design,it can be found that schools have a certain impact on the development of students’ different mathematical learning ability,and find an important factor affecting the development of students’ mathematical learning ability-teachers,mainly including teachers’ insufficient understanding of mathematics learning ability,teachers’ understanding of teaching and learning,and teachers’ teaching methods.Based on this,the mathematics learning ability of middle and upper primary school students can be improved from the components of mathematics learning ability: integrate the content of the unit and understand mathematical knowledge with the help of the essence of the subject;Improve mathematical ability by understanding the principles of arithmetic and increasing practice feedback;Accumulate mathematical experience by going through the activity process and increasing the opportunity to operate;Seize educational opportunities to grasp mathematical ideas with the help of intuitive graphics.Teachers use teaching aids to provide specific feedback and enhance professional literacy to cultivate students’ interest in mathematics learning;With the help of mathematical culture,students can experience the value of mathematics in connection with real life;Conduct attribution education,appropriately change the difficulty to promote the cultivation of students’ will and enterprising spirit.Create a good atmosphere,set up a group responsibility system to promote students’ cooperation and exchanges;Create interesting situations in practical experience and provide time and space.Improve students’ ability to explore and discover by solving real problems and establishing the status of the subject;Encourage diversification of strategies and encourage questioning and reflection to enhance critical innovation ability.
