| The Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)emphasizes that mathematics curriculum should cultivate students’ core literacy.As one of the nine core literacy,mathematical computing ability is the cornerstone of students’ mathematics learning in junior high school and can lay the foundation for the development of other mathematical abilities.From this,we can understand the current situation of students’ mathematical computing ability,It has important theoretical value and practical significance to analyze the influencing factors of students’ mathematical operation ability and put forward teaching strategies to cultivate students’ mathematical operation ability.In order to understand the situation of junior high school students’ mathematical computing ability under the core literacy,the author investigated some students and teachers in the third grade of our school,and carried out the research design and implementation by interview and test paper testing.Using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of students’ mathematical computing ability at this stage,and combines the theoretical achievements of scholars and experts and their own teaching experience to summarize the feasible teaching strategies to improve students’ mathematical computing ability,providing more reference value for first-line teachers’ teaching.The research methods used in this paper mainly include literature method,test method,interview method,data analysis method and comparative analysis method.Based on the above research methods and practical experience,the main problems studied in this paper are:(1)What is the reality of junior high school students’ mathematical computing ability?(2)What are the differences of students’ mathematical operation ability?(3)What factors affect the development of students’ mathematical computing ability?(4)What should teachers and students do to improve their mathematical abilities?The research is carried out in the following stages:(1)Determine the research object,prepare the test paper of mathematical computing ability and outline of interviews with teachers and students;(2)Select four classes for testing;(3)Use SPSS software to analyze the data;(4)This paper analyzes the factors that affect students’ mathematical operation ability,and puts forward reasonable and feasible teaching strategies.(5)Utilize the proposed teaching strategy to conduct a comparative experiment on improving students’ mathematical calculation ability,and verify its effectiveness.Through consulting the literature,analyzing the test data,and arranging the teacher and student interviews,it is found that the biggest difficulty of students’ calculation lies in the thorough understanding and flexible use of basic definition,formula,rule and theorem,etc.Based on the above analysis results,this paper proposes solutions to cultivate students’ mathematical computing ability from four major directions:(1)Cultivating students’ interest in mathematics learning is the cornerstone of forming mathematical operation ability;(2)Mastering basic knowledge is the premise of forming mathematical operation ability;(3)Strengthening the training of basic skills is the key to forming mathematical operation ability;(4)Cultivating good computing habits is an important guarantee for forming mathematical computing ability.To sum up,the author refers to the theoretical research related to core literacy and mathematical computing ability,and combines the practical experience of three consecutive years of junior high school teaching to deeply analyze the factors that affect students’ mathematical computing ability,so as to put forward some effective teaching strategies,hoping to help the majority of front-line teachers and students. |
